2020 best year for ICO

I have the same impression also that creation of ICO projects will not gain so much attention by the year 2020. Many people were already burned by investing in these ICOs that either turned crap or scam. Though there are still authentic ones, but very hard to find. STO is a more credible approach than ICO. At least they have good backing as compared to ICO projects. Most of the ICO projects have empty promises to the investors to begin with. The reason why they failed.

I bet we will see better and baddass projects in 2020 simply because bitcoin halving is 2020 ,since what most devs care about is market condition and fear of dumping there tokens 2020 will be a better target for upcoming projects  and that doesn't mean there won't be scam projects too ,profits is all we care about isn't it?

There would always be scams even with the bestof times, you can that the internet is already a well established entity but the level of scams going on in it is astounding, there would always be criminals trying to rip others off, just like there would be good projects as well, do lots of research before you invest anywhere, that would make 2020 be good for you too.

Unfortunately, I don’t understand your reasoning why you think that 2020 will be the year of new ICOs.
It seems to me that if the ICO regulation mechanism is not invented, they will die within a couple of years due to the lack of trust in them from investors.
