I want to address all the complains regarding my Negative/Positive Trust Feedback here in this thread.
As a part of the DefaultTrust I want everything to be clear why I tag people, and if those people want to complain or provide more evidence, here is the place.

I will begin with the following message I got from the user > goemon888

Hello, I ask you to remove the red trust, this account was given to me by a friend, and the data was changed because access to the email and bitcoin wallet was lost!
I beg you to remove the red trust, please help me!

Reading your message you confirm that the account has changed hands, no matter if it was given to you by a friend or you bought it from account seller, the account has already build reputation reflecting the previous owner.
Why don't you create a new account instead? Build your own reputation.

To prevent possible scam activity in the future, I will not remove my negative feedback, as I cannot trust you.

Buying/exchanging accounts is not tolerated here. You should have known that prior to acquire the account.

I apologize, but your actions are contrary to the rules of the forum, thus you are undermining the reputation of the forum as a free platform for communication!

I talked with you in the aerys group.
You have totally misunderstood the rules and how they are enforced.

If it was against the rules to give an account away you would have been banned.

The red tag is merely there to warn people the owner has changed.
Basically if someone the first owner used to trade with wanted to trade again, he would benefit from knowing it is a new owner now.

You have exactly 0 chances to get this feedback removed as it is legit.

I am also adding mine to the list.

Edit: Also nobody prevents you from communicating freely.

I do not change the way you communicate with the others. As long as you are not engaged in any sell/buy/trade deals on the forum, the negative feedback has no value. I consider your behavior untrustworthy and I've noted it on your trust wall.
Anyone who want to deal with you should be aware that you haven't develop the account yourself, so your rank and reputation are false. That's all.

This free community has given me the power and responsibility to protect it from eventual threads based on my own judgments.
Also the community can control my actions as to trust or distrust me and take my powers away.

As you can see now(your trust score), I'm not the only one thinking that your behavior is shady.

Case solved > Turned out that the account was hacked and the original owner have the control now.

As a DT member I feel obligated to clarify every negative feedback i received.

Yesterday I got this negative feedback from one of the members of a proven scam team > Tokensuite.

Quote

By pretending to be the customer she steals the commercial secrets of companies. Trusted members have a thief inside. She accuses innocent people without any valid proof. If you don't give her a tribute, She gives negative trust to your account. Not only herself but also with her friends and other alt-accounts. She and her friends abusing the Trust system for his own benefit.

I would like here to request Tokensuite to proof their accusations. Spreading false accusations is just another step to confirm their scam behavior.

Feedback from people that aren't in anyone's trust network have no meaning. You can and should save you the trouble.

If any, you should focus more on documenting sent feedback (which you already do). This is far more important than explaining why some butthurt kidoo or scammer leaves you a fake feedback.

Thanks for the input, but anyway I want everything to be crystal clear, DT is more responsibility than a privilege for me. There is always a reason behind a feedback, good or bad it doesn't matter, sometimes fresh accounts can leave quite accurate accusations, that's why If something in my trust page can be doubtful, I want to make it clear.  That's why I open this thread in the first place.

Nop, you are not.
People usually retaliate after they are tagged, more scammers you tag more negative feedbacks and lies you will get from them. Don't pay too much attention to them, especially if it comes from scumbag such as olcaytu2005.

@marlboroza, @Lafu

Thank you guys, I really value your opinion. I didn't care much about the negative feedback I just thought that it might be better just to explain why I got it and have a place to those who sent it to be able to clarify their concerns.
I got a few more today but I'm not gonna make a drama out of it, they are so ridiculous, no further explanations are needed.

Update, Actually olcaytu2005 got banned.

Looking for a opinion and input from other DTs.

Here is one accusation thread >  [POS/MN] ONEX Oneexbit coin is NOT A SCAM but FULLY WASH TRADING on CryptoBridge

I looked trough the accusation and everything seemed to be true. There are all the same accounts "trading" in between some amounts. This was new to me and looked as fraudulent activity.
Then I tagged the onex_team account for faking trading volumes using bots.
After digging a bit more, this seems to be a common practice among other exchanges as well.

Now comes the question to the other DT's, shall we pursue this kind of attitude or this is acceptable practice ?

Here are the PMs I got from both sides :

Good day, my name is Maxim Zorin
I am the CEO of OneExBit project
You we put a negative review in the subject https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5129693.new#new
let me explain the situation
we are one of the few projects with his finished product on the master nodem the market. we do not deceive anyone, our faces are open, we develop a good and high-quality product anyone can download our terminal and use it. https://oneexbit.com/
about trading bots, we have bots, but bots trade 100 percent of projects and exchanges.
Those people who are trying to throw mud at us are real scammers who offered us to collect a lot of money and the abyss without opening faces.

we refused them and now their task is to destroy our project.
here razoblachitelny document which I mean they published

I ask you to understand the situation and remove from us the stigma of fraud, we are living people in a working product, we do not deceive anyone.

Hello, sir!

The same problem described here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5148693.0 exists (

Sure, a lot of times it is ONE indicator of a possible hacked account, but over time a history of changed passwords shows a best practice.

The huge problem is:
1. Fake volumes make new investors buy. Their decisions impacted by FAKE arguments. Is it fair to allow scammers involve people to their project?
Ask yourself a question - will anyone buy the coin with NO trade volumes. Obviously NOT!
No liquidity = No intentions to buy, because you will never sell it

Using fake volumes = scam = investors fraud

Now ask yourself: do you want to encourage and stimulate that kind of practices?

2. Do you want to participate in market where that kind of practices are widely used to appear?
Definitely no.
Do you want to loose money while being fooled by any faked info?
Do you want another investors being faked by scammers?
You are responsible for the  market reputation and making it healthy place, please use your trust carefully

It would be really cool is users can add a Note to BPIP, which in this case could point to the signed message.

As I understand it, iasenko blames EVERY project, is it threatening them or what? Using the fact that he has a "bloated" reputation? Got a lot of posts in BT? so things are not done.

Unfortunately, my free time the past few days was not enough.
I'm still investigating the case, the files that onex_team provided are in Russian, and my Russian is not very good, or at least not at this level to be certain that the provided evidence are enough.
Therefore I'm calling other Russian-speaking DT members to help me out with the evidence.

I'm not sure what you are talking about but anyway, no matter what reputation you think I have, all I aim to do is to protect all those newbies from being scammed. I don't want to ruin anyone's reputation, and I'm trying to base my judgment only on facts.
So my personal opinion is that every project using fake volumes is not to be trusted, but if there is a public acceptance of such behavior, I won't enforce my opinion to anyone.

First. How many threads i have started regarding the case Huh - 0. FACT!
Second. How many thread I have mentioned the onex_team?? 2 - one in the Scam Accusation section and here.FACT!
Third. How the hell I exploded as I posted max 3-4 posts on this case as 1 of them was a respond to you?
And last, what could I possibly hide, you tell me?

There is a scam accusation thread in the section, I read it, dig a bit in the case, saw the facts and consider the account to be endangering the newbies. Tagged it and post here why I tagged the account + gave both sides tribune to post their accusations/explanations. That's all. I just want everything to be public, and all my decisions as DT to be crystal clear to everyone.
I'm know that not everyone can be happy, but I do my best.

After all I couldn't find more strong evidence of scamy behaviour, except the fake training volumes, which seems to be a common practice among this type of services therefore I replaced my red tag with netural one.

New day and the same parctices.
Again you are cheating investors and shows FAKE bots volumes!

I have read all your announcements and all googledocs - I see your were connected to another scam project.
In case you are planing to do the same you can continue that kind of malicious practices - make fake volumes and involve investors who are not tricky enough to see the truth on bitshares explorer .

If you are building the really good case of Masternode coins - you need to be fair with your investors and do 2 things:
1. do not ban them for simple questions - like you ban me
2. IMMEDIATELY STOP any FAKE volumes activities - just plain volumes of human trades

PS I have DMed you and Neftegrad to exlain my ban - but you replied inadequately...

Honestly, any company that would hire a CEO that posts like that, is not one to be taken seriously.  :/

If it is a real account of CEO - I would fully agree with you, sir!
But I cannot understand mr. Iasenko's position:  CEO plead guilty on FAKE volumes and mr. Iasenko returned his reputation?
Frauding your investors with a FAKE liquidity of project became LEGIT?  Have I missed something? Huh?

Another brand new account to post this non sense.

The defense saying "others are doing it too" does not hold.

Whoever is doing it is manipulating investors. You are the one manipulating here, do not try to inverse the roles.

🌞Dear all,

🔹Some of you are concerned that we might be artificially inflating the trading volumes of ONEX on CryptoBridge. Just to clarify: one must distinguish between the normal practice of automated trading and fraudulent manipulations. Like the majority of popular crypto projects and exchanges, we do use bots. This practice is not only supported by the exchange – it is vital to the crypto exchange business. Indeed, any exchange wants to both be at the top of the ratings by volume and maximize its revenues, which come from transaction fees. That’s why all exchanges offer their own free bots.

🔹Analyze the trading structure of any popular exchange and you will find that it owes 90% of the volume to bots. What’s more, we can say without exaggeration that 99% of blockchain projects use automated trading tools. AI is the prime mover of crypto trading, and it’s only fair and reasonable. Thanks to bots, traders don’t have to spend days and nights staring into the screen and harming their health – instead, they can focus on what really matters in life.

🔹The OneExBit team always strives to stay on the front line of the crypto industry, so we are developing our own advanced trading bots. We are currently testing a few of them, and soon they will become available for purchase on our platform. OneExBit bots will become yet another tool for you to maximize your income. Stay tuned!

@onex_team, keep in mind that I removed the red tag only because the presented proofs were not strong enough, but that doesn't mean the if more proof is presented, you are on the save side.

I just deleted my custom trust list in other words I just resigned from my DT position.
This is my way to protest against that political madness happening right now in the forum.

The breaking point was the confrontation between theymos and Lauda which escalated to such level, I guess it's already around meta and the reputation board,  which made me rethink my position in the DTs.
I don't want to choose a side in this case, both parties made mistakes but that was not the way to find solution. Fighting, using the DTs as a weapon and do everything hidden in PMs.

For me everything should be public, especially such confrontations, so I do not agree with both parties.

So people please, for the sake of the community, settle down your problems once and for all.

It's almost 2AM here, and I'm awake only because of this political drama.

P.S. I'll still serve the community one way or another.

I believe none of them intended this to be non public, since they contacted a huge list of people.

The point being they just wanted to ensure that every recipient had knowledge of that message.

As you can see it quickly became publics and a lot of meta drama is already going on related to this.

You can only resign from DT1, not from DT2.

I hope you'll reconsider in time: DT1 needs users who don't like the "political madness", and I think you're one of them. May I suggest fighting the madness by ignoring it, and continue doing the right thing?

This is true but I don't really have time for all the drama, this has to end somehow. I don't really need to read all these explanations why people tagged (now flagged) their long time fighting compadres, trowing shit at each other. I don't really want to choose a side because there you see, someone said one thing. If I have to take a side, I have to decide alone and find and read all those proven facts that someone is this or that. But I don't have time to concentrate on such things, no. Those fights are for years and most likely things are no real evidence of any crimes-accusations.
If I wanted this I would probably have joined a party til now.

I prefer to put my time in something more constructive.
I still think theymos should have created a thread and sent a link to everyone instead of doing everything in PMs. Then Lauda came with his/her message with got me thinking that this is way too much for me and I don't want to be part of it.

Thank you for your kind words Loyce.
I won't give up on the forum and the community. I continue the same way, no matter if I'm on DT1/DT2 or not. I didn't ask for this power it was given to me by the community, so I hope when things settle down I might join the DT1 again, if I'm still wanted.

Got a PM from someone I put a negative trust quite some time ago due to fake team.
The account recently woke up to "complain" about the red trust.

Here's the PM i got today and all the previous complains.

Hi,

i wont quite posting such things until you removed the warning from page.

Thank you!!

Some of his complains here, some posts were deleted due to off topic that's why I put the archived links:

Based on the above, my conclusion is that I see no reason to remove the red tag.
All I got is a threats, but not a single try to explain the situation.

Here is the reference link and the reason of the red tag > https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5145099.0

I will PM GameUnits with the link to this post.

Why should i explain the situation? I already said three times, that i needed Fotos until my teams sends me the right fotos of themselves. I already told you how it is. There is nothing more to add. If you want to complain thats ok, but i do not see a reason to not go forward with my project

That's not an excuse to use random photos from the Internet and not mentioned it on the website that current photos are not of the real team members but stock photos and that the site will be updated.
You put some time to edit them as we can see.
Most of the scam websites, use fake photos to hide their identity and when they commit crime, there are no real evidence against them, that's why posting the fake team without putting a notice is very unprofessional and lead to consequences.

You could use those for example and update the real ones later:

Thank you for your advice and your help. I could have done that, thats true.
So, how i see it is ok to use those placeholder images. To go on and keep everything running i would need to change the photos in the announcement thread right?

I can tell you that in the crypto world the trust is very important. You have to be very professional in what you are doing to actually not ruin your reputation. Once you make a mistake, it takes a lot of time and effort to rebuild back the community trust. It's a long and hard process.
If you put all your cards on the table and keep your business transparent, that will be positive thing. If you think you will be capable to maintain your project, you go for it.

As for the feedback, it will stay there until you regain our trust.

I have no requirements, i don't think there are guides out there explaining how to not make a "scam looking project".
It should be a common sense to see where your mistakes are, if not you might need someone to help you out with that.
Just ask yourself if you are prepared for such a tough journey. Crypto has proven many that it's not for everyone.
Hope you find the right track and wish you happy holidays. Smiley
