There is going to be a lot of controversy after this match. The main reason why Rajasthan Royals won this match was due to the fact that Sanju Samson was given out when he was caught by Shai Hope near the boundary line. For me, it looked as if Hope's foot was touching the boundary rope. Samson was quite upset and he had an argument with the on-field umpires. After he got out, wickets fell like a peck of cards, and in the end Rajasthan fell short by 21 runs. Samson fans are going to be mad at Michael Gough, the TV umpire.

LOL.. today it was very close match between Bangladesh and Zimbabwe at Chattogram. The Africans fought hard, but in the end the Bangladeshis had the last laugh. Towhid Hridoy and Jaker Ali took the hosts to a decent total after the top-order got out cheaply. Blessing Muzarabani was amazing and returned figures of 4-0-14-3. Saudi Arabia born Faraz Akram was included in the squad, but he was quite expensive (somewhat made up for that, with a score of 34 from 19 balls while batting).

It's a great fight to watch between these two giants and I am really impressed by Bangladesh performance because they way they comback from previous hard time and make constructive performance constantly was really phenomenal and to be honest it will not only build Thier confidence but will help them raise Thier performance and moral for upcoming T20 World Cup where surviving chances of ever team were very low unless they showed some majestic performances and crushed every opponent. Jake Fraser has been a standout in his debut IPL season and he maintained his form against Delhi too. With half-centuries from Abishek, Jake Fraser, and Tristan  powerful finish, Delhi set a target of 222 runs for Rajasthan Royals. Rajasthan's batting looked strong until Sanju Samson's innings. He made a brilliant comeback, but unfortunately couldn't carry Rajasthan Royals to victory. Tough luck for them. It's an important win for Delhi Capitals, keeping their hopes alive for making play-offs.

But Rajasthan Royal although batting performance was good especially Samson made a great score but no other player could bat well due to his partnership. If the game could have been played by any other player then maybe Rajasthan Royals would have won with Delhi Capitals. Most of the batsmen didn't stay at the crease for long after Samson got out, if any of the batsmen could have caught the game well then victory was assured but unfortunately they lost. Delhi Capitals gave their all to win against Rajasthan and collect the points. Rajasthan Royals lost their points and the points table they did not succeed to occupy the first place if they win then KKR could have occupied the place.

It was pretty obvious that Hope didn't touch the rope since you could literally see the shadow properly which is why this isn't a controversy at all and Samson should have walked off instead of questioning the umpires in this case.

This kind of performance is not usually applicable in T20 games, if they could have done an aggressive batting performance then they would have definitely won by overcoming the deficit of 20 runs. Yesterday Delhi Capitals batting line-up looked devastating to me as their opening pair played the best. In particular, Abhishek Poral and Jake Fraser-McGurk put on a 60-run partnership off just 26 balls. Of which Jake Fraser-McGurk collected 50 runs off twenty balls and Abhishek Porel collected 65 runs off 36 balls. Apart from these two, South African batsman Tristan Stubbs was more devastating towards the end with a 20-ball 41 towards the end. Rajasthan batsmen could not bat the way Delhi batted in yesterday's match only Sanju tried to fight alone. No one could provide proper support to Sanju Samson as their team Rajasthan Royals lost the match against Delhi Capitals and lost points.

I was today following T20I of Mongolia's tour to Japan (Yes it's official T20I recognized by ICC) and found out that in 2nd match Mongolia was all out in 12 runs and Japan won by 205 runs. And thought that could break some records. The first match was equally funny where Mongolia were all out in 33 runs and Japan won by 166 runs.
The funniest thing is they are playing 7 T20I in the series and some day there are two matches in 1 day. The third match had no result where Japan scored 253 and Mongolia were 4/1.

Pakistan tour of Ireland 2024


After two days the good series is loading between Pakistan and Ireland and it would be a good series but only for Pakistan because in these matches they can test their some of the players who are good but didn’t play well against New Zealand like Azam Khan, and Usman Khan. They need to perform against a relatively weak side of Ireland.

The three T20Is matches series is coming. Also, once again Hasan Ali comes in the squad and this is also a good series where we can check Hasan Ali form and whether he is good for the World Cup squad or not. These are some things that make this series a wonderful, interesting and special series for Team Pakistan.

In Japan vs Mongolia 2nd T20 match, Japan team came out to bat and lost 7 wickets in 20 overs and set a target of 217 runs. Japan team batsman Sabaorish Ravichandran scored 69 runs in 39 balls. Kendel Fleming scored 32 runs in 17 balls. Mongolia team came out to bat and scored 12 runs in 8.2 overs.  I did not think that the Mongolia team will be all out by 12 runs. Japan team's bowling line was excellent in today's match.
