What a start to the T20 World Cup 2024. USA vs Canada turned out to be a runfest though the Americans actually blew away the Canadians despite the target being pretty good thanks to poor bowling and fielding.

Some of the sixes were absolutely monstrous. If Canada held on to their catches properly, they would have stood a better chance at winning. Also, their extras screwed them too.

Today first match of the T20 World Cup 2024 started is ended with unexpected results. Canada score highest runs near to 200 runs target for the United States of America. I didn't think Canada scored the 194 runs total in the first match of the World Cup. Canada vs United States of America First T20I World Cup Match

So the match will be starting in 4 minutes. And I am too much excited that today T20I World Cup first match will be played.
So if we talk about the teams so both have equal stats but USA was in good form because they played really well against Bangladesh. So we can hope they can win the match. USA won the toss and they chose to field first. So it means they have some strategy and will show their power in the match. The first match of the T20 World Cup 2024 started with a high scoring match. Canada took on the host nation USA, where Canada set USA a target of 195 runs. I didn't think USA would succeed in chasing the target of 195 runs. Biggest credit goes to Aaron Jones who played an unbeaten innings of 94 runs off 40 balls and also hit 10 sixes in the match, his efforts helped the USA easily win by 7 wickets with 14 balls to spare.

This time United state of America was going good. A few days ago I heard a rumor that the United States of America has formed its team with retired batsmen from various foreign countries.  And today I checked it out and found that the story is somewhat true.  And I think that's why they were able to defeat a team like Bangladesh a few days ago even though they are a lower ranking team. And now they won another match with Canada this was also an surprising match. But the interesting thing is that behind this good batting performance of the United States of America today, the batsmen of their own country have kept the credit.
USA has already moved up the rankings in the T20 format and if the performance can continue like this then it will be seen that the World Cup will be played.

Their half team is not from their own country, some where came from India and I have seen that some also came from Bangladesh to play there but there is most players from India but today also their own player have not helped to them and once again, any foreign player helped them.
By the way, I thought that Aaron Jones who played very well in today’s match and also man of the match is American but when I saw his profile then he is from West Indies and also played for Barbados under 19s and also under 15s. American team is depended on the foreign players.

In T20 blast series, the game was ended today between LAN and DCCC team and this was the 16 game out of 129 overs. DCCC team won the toss and their team got a chance to take first bat or bowl and DCCC made wrong decision and their decision was in favour to LAN team. LAN team set 179 runs target in 20 overs by losing 7 wickets. Bohannon made great effort and scored 39 runs in 24 balls and he hitted four 4s and one 6s. Bruce also showed brilliant struggle and made 35 runs in  28 balls and he hitted three 4s and one 6s. DCCC team lost game by 57 runs and they perform poorly today. DCCC team only chased 122 runs in all overs. No batsman performed good instead of Guest wicket keeper and he made 42 runs in 32 balls and he hitted two 4s and two 6s. Congratulations LAN team amazing win and big margin or runs and continue this effort to win this series.

Now in reply we are having good bowling from the PNG as they are having not good target to defend, but their bowling lineup is doing good job and having 63 runs after 10 overs with three top batsmen out Pooran and Brendon gone, and now we are having Roston Chase and Powell on crease for the end of this game.
