With a strong team in India, a target of 153 runs was not a difficult task at all.  Moreover, in today's batting pitch, Zimbabwe batted in ODI style, so it was easy to collect runs, but the slow pace of top order batsmen enabled Zimbabwe to score up to 152 runs for today's match. So far India is batting but has not lost any wicket as a result India is unbeaten on 116 runs.  So very likely India will beat Zimbabwe by 10 wickets today.

The few runs that Zimbabwe batted first today was very easy for the Indian team as they easily reached their milestone without losing a wicket. The third match of the series between New Zealand Women vs England Women is going on now. England won the first two matches of this 5-match series by big margins. England won the first match by 59 runs. And England won the second match by DLS method by 23 runs. We have seen excellent batting and bowling from England in both the matches.

If seen there is no point in play the third match as England Women have already won 2 matches.  And England Women won this series.  And the third match of this series will also be won by England Women.  I thought New Zealand was strong than England but England Women dispelled my misconception.  And by winning all three matches of this series they also won this series.  In this match New Zealand bowlers were seen in good perform.  Because their batsmen had given a target of only 141 runs in 20 overs.  Their bowler had applied good pressure.  But the England batsmen had achieve the target.  But the pace of their batsmen was very slow.  Their batsmen scored 142 in 19 overs.  If their bowlers or their batsmen put in some effort and struggle they could have won the match.  But they did not have the scope to win this match but they had to have the strength to win 1 match.

Kids but they have huge international experience and they beat big names like paksitan and many more so I think it's big achievement for these kids to consecutive beat Zimbabwean team in three match in a row after shaming defeat in first match and I think such things actually come to happened due to trolling and anger of first match defeat. Anyway Indian team has not won the second last match but won the series by 3-1 and may be possibly they get the last match too to make it 4-1. It's not a White wash series but it means huge for these youngs boys because such momentum were really required for them especially in start of thier career. By the way, I am glad that I missed the bet today otherwise i would have placed it on Zimbabwe and lost it.  

The result of the first match was completely unfortunate. Don't get overconfident on Zimbabwe by following the result of the first match. They have lost the next matches very badly. Which were expected to happen in this series. Still, the odds is 1.08× for India to win the next match. I believe India will win the next match in the same way.

But in my opinion, if the Pakistan Champions team could have given the Indian Champions team a little bigger target, then maybe in today's final match, the Pakistan Champion team could have gained fame as the champion team. This turned out to be a one sided affair. From a cricketing perspective, it would've been great if the scoreline was 2-2 and then we could've got the decider for Sunday.

But doesn't matter now, let the boys have some fun because from now on the competition between them is going to be tougher. Soon BCCI will select a T-20 squad for the SL tour and the likes of Surya and SKY will be back so let's see what happens to the middle order.

In today's final match, the champions of India won by 5 wickets against the champions of Pakistan, lifting the toffees. But this final match was an extraordinary match. That was an interesting match. Both teams Indian Champion team and Pakistan Champion team Tried really well to win the match. Pakistan batted first and they made 156 runs in 20 overs which was not looking a good target. But they tried well to restrict India to chase the target but unfortunately they did not. India chased the target in 19.1  overs and they have lost 5 wickets at that time. By the way I really enjoyed the match. I was expecting the Pakistan win but unfortunately they didn't. I am looking that the new squad of Indian team is getting better. In the first match they lost but in the second third and fourth match India played really well. And in the fourth match India played really well. Zimbabwe took the first turn in this match and they set a target of 153 runs. And when India started their turn so Zimbabwe team tried well to get the wicket of Indian team but they didn't get a single wicket and first partnership chased the given target. Yashasvi Jaiswal played really well and he collected 93 runs(not out). Means India team performance was excellent.

Pakistan on their side scored enough runs, India's bowling performance was very good. 19th over has some mystery due to which Pakistan team didn't win, if 19th over and 20th over could have kept India under pressure then surely Pakistan team would have won here. Because two extra runs came in the 19th over but India hit a boundary in the first ball of the 20th over. So from this point of view Pakistan lost due to not being able to create pressure somehow.

We never see Australia or New Zealand playing against Zimbabwe, because they don't have any such deals with ZC. On the other hand, BCCI uses these tours as a bargaining chip to get votes from ZC during ICC elections.

Also not much talked about MLC league but today we had a match between San Francisco Unicorns and Los Angeles Knight Riders, this match I think would have been an interesting match because both teams were good but it was abandoned.  The last match was played between MI New York and Texas Super Kings but unluckily we were not likely to see this match because of the rain. However, let’s talk about today's match’s weather. Yesterday, the match was played at Morrisville and today’s match was to be played at the same ground.  Ah, I think the matches at this ground won't happen because there is just rainy weather so I think this time too we will not see a few of the MLC matches.

Also to your question as to why India is playing this series, well with this series they come to know that they have their B team ready with 11 players that are well capable as their A team. I remember Australia had this type of backup ready for themselves when they won consecutive ODI World Cups.

I think we may see India leading in all formats of Cricket for the next decade or so. The infrastructure they have and with all the setup, IPL etc they are going to dominate the cricking world for a long time.

If the Zimbabwean team could have maintained the same performance as they did against India in the first T20 match, they might have had a chance to win one more match. However, they failed to do so as India won three T20 matches in a row to clinch the series with one match to spare. Despite being a youthful team, India put up a remarkable performance against Zimbabwe and went on to win the series. The last t20 match i.e. the fifth T20 match of the T20 series between India and Zimbabwe will be played today at the Harare stadium in Zimbabwe.

Today's match is only ceremonial for India as they have already won the series. If India win today's match, they will end the series by 4-1 and if Zimbabwe win, the series will end by 3-2.

IMO, Gill should bat one-down as he does in tests, Jaiswal-Abhishek should open and Ruturaj should be a backup opener.
