There is relatively no major difference between West Indies women's team and South Africa women's team. Because both the teams are almost equally strong in the T20 format and are they positioned side by side according to the ICC rankings. One thing I find surprising in this World Cup is that a total of three teams have played so far including today's match. However, none of the teams in any matches could collect 120 plus runs, which undoubtedly means that the pitches of this stadium, i.e. this year's World Cup, have been made bowling friendly pitch. As a result of which the batsmen are not able to apply any advantage even their team collection is not increasing.

In the match between West Indies Women's team and South Africa Women's team, when the West Indies women were batting earlier we saw their batting disaster. Due to which they closed the innings of only 118 runs in this match. If the South African women suffer a batting disaster like the West Indies women, then this match is going to be very exciting in the last minute.

There was nothing much that Oman could have done in the match against Canada. All the stakes were with Canada team as they were a stronger of the two teams.

Batting first Oman scored 82 runs and it was evident that they have failed to make a fighting score. Also Nepal is not one of those teams where we expect from their bowlers to bowl and defend low totals. Even they would have difficulties defending high totals against small teams. This is another reason why Oman have won only one match out of the four matches played by them.

This match was one sided and South Africa chased the target without losing any wickets. This is indeed best batting performance by the openers Laura Wolvaardt and Tazmin Brits. They both made 50+ runs and helped the team win the first match in World Cup. While many of us might be thinking that one of these two should be player of the match, but we have some more and better performances by South Africa. I am talking about Nonkululeko Mlaba who took 4 wickets giving away only 39 runs. She was chosen as the player of the match. One can say that it was an effortless match win by the team South Africa Women.

Right now the India Women vs New Zealand Women team is going on, the New Zealand Women team has already lost 2 wickets. Although the New Zealand women's team performed well batting in the first innings, they are currently 93 for 2 wickets in 13 overs, but the two batsmen who are there at the moment will make a big score if they bat well.

I think apart from batting and bowling, it was the fielding of the New Zealand that made the both team apart in terms of commitment. Sophie Devine who was the player of the match, she took 3 catches and other players has a good day in the field.

Moving forward, India women's team still have matches left with Australia, Pakistan and Sri Lanka women's teams and they have to prepare well as another loss will make it difficult to qualify further in this WC.

That's what I said in the end but I thought West Indies women would be all out before they got 100 runs but they didn't lose any more wickets after losing 6 wickets and managed to score 118 runs which surprised me.
Anyway, my expectation from the South Africa women's team is that two strike rates are over 100, which I think is a good strike rate as a female batter. Although the West Indies women's team is slightly ahead in the head to head performance of the South African women's team and the West Indies women's team, but now the South African women's team is able to win this match due to their slightly better form than them.

Today's game was interesting and both l USA and UAE team's are strong but UAE win it. UAE team won the toss and decided to bat first, I think they did so rightly.  After a few balls the first wicket will fall on the first ball of 3 overs. It also had a great start.  Because they scored 12 runs in 2 overs. The UAE batsmen then scored 88 runs without losing a wicket in 10 overs and their speed was evident in their scores.  UAE player's scored 170 runs in 20 overs which proved to be a big and tough target for USA.  The USA batsmen were meeting the target in which they would be all out in 19.4 overs which would lead to USA losing the game by 6 runs.

I do not know if that Match results is an upset or not as I think both New Zealand and India are good teams and anyone who plays well on the day will win the match. New Zealand was better today and they deserve this win.

However, in the earlier match where the Pakistan Women's team won against the Sri Lanka Women's team, I will call that a surprise result and perhaps an upset for the Sri Lanka. I am saying this because i have seen the perfromace of the Pakistan team in warn up and in matches before the World Cup. I considered them as one of the weakest teams for this T20 World Cup.

Canada won the 6th game by 5 wickets and 35 balls. Canada won the match and showing amazing playing. They continue to play like this in the future. Canada is also very strong and they play matches with heart. I hope Oman they will play better in the future matches. Oman had some shortcomings in this match but the loss doesn't compel them to perform poorly in the upcoming matches. It's a challenge for them to improve their performance. Every loss marks a new beginning and Oman has the opportunity to overcome their weakness. Moving forward they should try to refine their game plan and aim to win in the next match. Oman total runs for 82 and lost the match. Canada total runs for 83 and won the match. The 6th match between Canada and Oman at the country Maple leaf North-west ground. In Canada T20 semis I did not watch too much game of this series but I see this one and in this 6 th game Canada team showed their great power in game and beated Oman team quite poorly and they did no set goof target to Canada team. Oman team scored only 82 runs in 20 overs by losing all wickets. Aqib played quite well from Oman side and he made 35 in 44 balls and hitted three 4s and one 6s in opening their line. Next all wickets lost their wickets for low runs and they grab such runs 0, 4 6 etc these were quite poor runs. Canada team easily chased down all runs in 14.1 overs and lost 5 wickets. This was big margin win of Canada team and congratulations Canada for this win. Kumar took down 3 wickets in 3.4 overs and gave 20 runs. Parveen bowled 4 overs and took down 3 wickets and gave 9 runs only. This win quite easy for Canada team and this was made by outstanding effort of their bowlers.

Rosemary Mair alone bowled 4 overs and took 4 wickets which was very painful for the Indian team. Besides, Lea Tahuhu bowled 4 overs and took 3 wickets. Actually some times even good team can lose due to luck now let's see how the game looks like in the next match.
