The game between Gujarat Titans and CSK was very entertaining because a lot of sixes hits tonight and Gujarat with top performance won this game. Gujarat openers was so brilliant in this game and both gives a very positive and solid start to the team by putting aggressive half centuries and in middle order Josh Butler was also in high aggressive mod and played a very aggressive knock tonight and Gujarat ends the innings by giving a huge target to Chennai. CSK openers have the ability to chase this huge target but the Gujarat bowlers also in good form and the top of order of Chennai completely fails to put a required start for the team but in middle order the man who stables the innings by showing his power hitting skills was Shivum Dhube and he was so brilliant but the required run rate was so high so Chennai don't chase it

In one of my previous posts, I had flagged the odds from Stake. They had assigned 2.15 for Chennai Super Kings, and 1.70 for Gujarat Titans. And this is the default Stake odds for IPL matches. For the better ranked team, they assign odds of 1.70-1.80, and for the other one they will assign 2.10-2.20. I flagged it because the gap between these two teams is much greater. CSK is in poor form, and Titans are right there at the top-2. IMO, odds for CSK should be >3.00. And this made betting in favor of GT a very profitable option (and look at the margin of their victory as well).

Stranger things have happened in the IPL which is why I wouldn't jump the gun that easily. DC still has a shot, but a miracle is required as you stated while SRH has a decent chance at finishing in the top 2 if they somehow manage to obliterate RCB in their match.

We'll see soon but it's unlikely that this RCB can get decimated and I have seen what needs to be done by SRH to seal second spot and it looks highly unlikely, it's deffo far from decent chance. As for DC, I have considered 'em eliminated since long.

By the way, has this happened for first time that play-offs race has continued till last week? Really interesting ngl.

In one of my previous posts, I had flagged the odds from Stake. They had assigned 2.15 for Chennai Super Kings, and 1.70 for Gujarat Titans. And this is the default Stake odds for IPL matches. For the better ranked team, they assign odds of 1.70-1.80, and for the other one they will assign 2.10-2.20. I flagged it because the gap between these two teams is much greater. CSK is in poor form, and Titans are right there at the top-2. IMO, odds for CSK should be >3.00. And this made betting in favor of GT a very profitable option (and look at the margin of their victory as well).

Opposition only needs to run through top 3 of  GT,  and those 1.7 odds will look like they weren't justified. As for, CSK, they were in contention till last match, they did ok (not yesterday but overall), so 3 odds would be still be bit much but around 2.4 is more justified imo.

Also, on similar note, oddmakers give odds around ~3 or at best ~4 for scoring fifty for the player props, IMO that's too much risk for no good reward. This is what I call not justified at all.

18 years and home franchise is in shambles and 2 decorated cricketing brains ( they played their part in DDCA's circuit so they had influence) went on to win trophies for others as coach. Similarly in early stage DC management missed kohli.

If Rajasthan Royals win against Mumbai Indians, they will qualify for the fourth position and ensure the playoffs. But if they lose, they will not be able to move to the fourth position.
Again, if Punjab Kings win against Lucknow Supergiant and Rajasthan Royals lose against Mumbai Indians, Punjab Kings will have 15 points and will qualify for the fourth position.
Again, small miracles will definitely have to be performed for Delhi Capitals and Kolkata Knight Riders, which may not be possible.

Tomorrow we will have the fate of PBKS, it looks like their confidence is under the water so they might not make it in my opinion and even if they do, they are not going past the eliminator for sure.

By the way, overall, I think Pakistan and the West Indies might be the winning teams because Ireland does not have a good ratio of wins, and their team is not even strong. Anyway I said earlier that RCB and GT will play in Qualifier 1 match. Since SRH is at number 3 in the points table so let's see which team can qualify as number 4 team.
Today there will be a match between Lucknow and Punjab. If Punjab can win then they will survive in the tournament if they lose then they will be eliminated. Currently PBKS is performing very badly but this match is very important for them so they have to try to perform well in this match. Let's see which team can win this match.
