I think it is not appropriate to compare a physical and digital asset,one thing is sure gold cant be replaced no matter which other asset come,because it is most popular asset to store funds and widely used in other utility and majorly in ornaments industries.bitcoin is considered as the digital gold but it will take time to get acknowledge by regular people not just guys who are in tech background ,bitcoin popularity will grow in future and so its utility.

To be realistic bitcoin is one of the greatest technology that have come to stay, this is just the early stage of this technology. This technology will stay beyond 1000 years.  Bitcoin is more relevant in this age than gold that is why it price is appreciating more than the price of gold.

Gold exist for over a 1000+ years maybe? Bitcoin only 10 years. Also the internet existed about 25+ years. Bitcoin price is higher than gold by over 200%. I think the value of Bitcoin is going to sky rocket once again. When technology gets more advance n the Bitcoin system upgrades. Just another speculation.

well, this is really a lame comparison. Gold and bitcoin cannot be compared to each other because it is completely different in every way. Bitcoin is a financial trading tool, gold is a jewelry and is also a resource. it's different and it's not comparable.
About the value of bitcoin, it deserves to be of great value now. and it will grow even more in the future.

This is a pretty amazing technology, I don't deny this but if you say this technology will last more than 1000 years, it seems to be quite illusory and impractical because with a society that has a very fast growth rate, new technology will constantly appear and old technology will be removed. Bitcoin may be replaced by another technology in the near future, while gold seems to be strong and survives over time, it does not disappear, so if we compare in the long term, I still believe that gold is stable and better, the price of bitcoin may be higher right now but the far future, this will change

different.
   New generations favor digital much more than precious metals. I believe that precious metals will always have some value but they

In my opinion, bitcoin and gold really doesn't have to be compared. Not even for how the price moves. The two things are really different. One is physical and the other being virtual but both are good and possesses the value where one might be able to buy goods in a different manner though. The thousand years for gold might have made it popular and bitcoin may have started just right now in the modern world but it does not show that it is either weak or late against gold in terms of progress. The two in my observation and understanding will co-exist similar to how fiat and gold did for several years since then. So I would say none of these will serve as a basis for saying one is good and the other isn't. They both have strengths and weaknesses.

I think the increase in the value of the two investments is very different. even though bitcoin has a large volatile, but this product has a limited supply, so it will be more profitable with a significant price increase, on the one hand btc users are still very minimal, so the opportunity to get a profit is much greater

Gold might just be a metal but it’s valuable for very good reasons, it has amazing properties and is nice to look at and not hugely abundant.

Thats all good reasoning for fundamentals on gold long term, it has lasting demand for its variety and some extent unique attributes.   However right this moment in time, BTC has a demand and usage because we are transitioning away from global currency bound to just one country with a system based on national politics.   Currency has big flaws worldwide right now for being centred around just one economy, even EURO where in theory many nations share the burden of a shared currency with equal say I dont think it works that well for them.   I see BTC or some replacement will be required, it wont just be gold alone

Gold will most likely outlive any other store of wealth. Right now Bitcoin are the digital version of gold, what the digital version of gold will be in the future, no once knows. But a good guess are that bitcoin will be the digital version in the next many decades.

I agree with your opinion and I think that coming from my logic of gold even though only shiny objects can defeat bitcoins that appeared 10 years ago and gold from 1000 years still triumphant I feel the uniqueness of this precious metal gold so I think I like your opinion
