Some investors and traders are complaining of not making profits like they used to, when the market was better. Instead or profits, it has been loses.
If you find yourself in this situation, why don't you ask yourself; what method am I using that is not making things to work out?
It will surprise you that the method might be archaic or that it might not work for this period.
Why don't you change it.
For instance, you always wait for long to get huge profits within 24hrs, which used to work for you. Since the market is bear, why don't you reduce the time and be satisfied with small profit. Then gradually, you can accumulate more.

If we are going to decrease the time period of our trades then it is going to increase the risk of involving in the trades,so if you are ready to face it then just change the strategy until you are making money and stick with the one which got you perfect.

What is the point of complaining, because the situation in the market cannot be changed, unfortunately now we can only adapt!

one of the biggest negative sides of the pumping season that the altcoin market has every other year is that it creates an illusion for a lot of newcomers that they begin thinking they are good at trading. in other words when for example you buy some random shitcoin with your eyes closed and that shitcoin gets pumped and gives you a lot of profit, it can mislead you into thinking you were actually a good trader that you could make that much profit. but the reality is that you got lucky. and if you start thinking that way then there comes a time like 2018 when the dumping begins but you continue choosing shitcoins with your eyes closed thinking the strategy you were choosing is good.
the result is losing not only all the profit you made before this but also losing a big part of your capital.

Looking at the current bearish market, sometimes I think to start day trading which I never wished before. As like you say, back in the day, it was easier to get quick profit but for now, it is not worthy to wait for a long time. However, I have made some money through onvesting in GRIN. This one can be a strategy. Wait for something good,get into it before the hype and sell at some profits.

The traders need to have a lot of different strategy so they can still make profit in any market, and the traders also need experience to know which strategy that going to work the best, but with the continous bear market it will be very difficult to make profit, but a good  and experience trader will keep on learning to handle the situation, the traders need to be flexible with its strategy to make the maximum profit

I think if investors and traders complain in market then better to accept that first if you take risk here in crypto after that do strategy on your own like you need to think to earn by your own way then i suggest to buy with gap and with different cryptocurrency like btc and 14 alts for investment so the chance to earn is high still think also the really affordable for you

Each of us as a trader we have preferred strategies which we are convenient to use, but all of them are useless if you don't have skills in analysis and timing. Just analyzed it well which a better coins you are going to pick that profitable in trading and the timing, it is used when the exact time you pick coins. It's always the inexperienced traders, they simply don't know what principle to follow in this type of situation, most of them come to crypto because they wan't to be rich overnight, Investors/traders should save money for emergency fund that last like 6 months or more, so they won't sell their coins at lower price because they need money, this would be useful for those hodlers that wan't to accumulate more coins.

The method you said was obviously very good and I strongly agree with that, it's better to look for small profits every day rather than having to wait long which results in a lot of time wasted.

I think e should bear in mind that here in cryptocurrency world we are not given thousands of dollars right away, we have to be hardworking to get that earnings, as for investment of cryptocurrency, we should wait if we buy low priced coins, wait for it to become profittable and there's no instant money here.

a very good point, this market is dynamic so your strategies should also be dynamic. of course i personally like a more active approach where you never hold any altcoins for longer than a couple of days. that way i never risk losing money because of some dump and i always buy them when they are getting pumped.
you can consider my strategy extreme and do a more mellow variation of it but this strategy is the one that most successful altcoin traders are using.

I also think so, changing the strategy is very important for every condition in  the crypto market. I'm aware that different crypto may require the different strategy. That is why learning from the mistake, I can always renew my strategy suitable to the condition.

Because every altcoins has a manner off approach in the market

Some coins are meant to be dumped immediately and dips bought back
While some coins are meant to be sold in bits over a period of pump session

Strategy can be changed, most especially when one is not working for you.
Those who were actively involved in cryptocurrency during the bull run between tear 2017 and early 2018, would know that the strategy deployed then, is not the same to used now.
Truly, there are lots of pump and dump coins, but it is not limited to that. You do not just sell whenever there are still prospects and you don't buy when you know the team of the project is not straightforward.

yes you are right, we have to settle for small profits now. too big to set targets is very unrealistic for me. but for those who have little money it won't work.

This probably because.of the current market to where it looks like it was being controlled by a group. There is a high chance that cryptocurrency maybe influence by a group usually a mafia so that they will going earn more profit. Anyway, the current market looks so bad especially if one is investing to it while market is good. Probably bitcoin may going to end sooner.

Are you sure ? I see the market is moving to go down. if you hold too many coins it will be a disaster later. we better do daily trading because even though the profits obtained are small but not risky
