Yes, many signature spammers in this thread claim that they are "invested" in EOSBet. But if this was true they would have complained when their "investment" lost 70% when the BET fantasy token was exchangable on Binance and they also would hsave complained when they lost 60% from ATH 23 September!

Despite of this, signature spammers are usually short with money and urgently need it to pay their living expenses, so

1) Most of them do not have money to "invest"

2) If they are gamblers, then it is very unlikely that they pay 50% more rake like at competitor sites, because if you get cents for spamming your signature, why wouild you voluntarily throw 50% of it out of the window? That does not make any sense!

Eosbet doesn't "pay you for holding your bet" , thats literally the system, its a decentralized blockchain system where if you have bet token you get eos in return, its automatic, nobody really pays you, nobody clicks send button to give you money, its all automatic. ANYONE can go buy some bet token from binance right now, put it on their eosbet account and start getting paid constantly, its all automatic and even the team doesn't have any power over that.

The owners and developers can't just say "don't pay this guy" or something, no matter who you are, no matter how much money you have, you will be getting paid. Even GP who has been against eosbet for literally market reasons (he will find some other reason when bet token goes up in price) can buy bet token and make money with it, the team won't be able to do anything about it.

Basically its what I mean though. Its all automated, the amount will be sent depending to the amount wagered in the casino.

In my opinion, investment in crypto including crypto gambling should be taken with the understood risk of never seeing your money again. Because the platforms use the crypto technology, almost all the deals are dealt with discretely and anonymously and this fact alone makes suing or filing against a crypto platform/casino nearly impossible. Plus, many courts don't get involved in this due to the appalling laws regarding crypto perpetuated by politicians etc. So always think twice before give your money away at the 'maybe' small chance of getting increased return on your initial amount

Anyone experience high CPU loads? What's up with the EOS network?

I have not faced with a cpu load or anything but I have seen a ton of errors when playing with VPN, that seems like an issue for me, I don't know if that is the same with everyone else but I rather play with VPN in my case, it is always less risky in that sense (for legal purposes not any other reason related to website itself, it is something between me and my gov) but VPN has caused a ton of problems for me, it is not a regular mistake that keeps happening neither, it is a different mistake each time, like sometimes it is not logging in properly, sometimes I can't see the game, sometimes it is games not giving me results etc etc.

But, when I close my VPN it is all good, everything works smoothly and no problems are faced at all, so maybe team could look into that? VPN is a very good addition if we could use it while playing.

Not the op but there's no written contract, you can take a look at the smart contract on their github. But i must say, it amazes me that even you don't seem to have much information about Eosbet, but you still want to continue bashing it.

Only public companies need to provide their financial statements to the public. I remember reading Caesars and SJM Holdings reports years ago. Since online gaming is illegal in many countries and basically offers little (or no) protection, unregulated, etc., on-chain gambling with smart contracts is the best protection for its consumers.

Everything is auditable on the EOS blockchain.

Man, leave him be, he is so ignorant about these kinds of stuff that he doesn't realize that a decentralized casino with no owners other than the shareholders that have tokens can exist without even checking the github because its open source. There is like 6 words on that sentence that dude didn't understand, how can someone write on a topic 50+ times and do not realize that its an open source project that anyone can look up and see how it works, literally line by line every single code.

Why would anyone gamble and risk their money to a place if they didn't know what they were getting into by looking at the code and confirming that there are no "owners" of this website that can change anything they want whenever they want, I wouldn't risk it if it was like that.

There was no ICO, and thus BET token is just like vouchers that can be either profitable or meaningless to hold.

If there was ICO, then you can argue that they issued illegal security.
