But to give you a straight answer, you have to go to the deposit page and select the BET token. Than you select "From the ETH chain". Once you deposited your BET tokens into you (fully decentralized non-custodial) account you have to stake them on the BET page. But no, it's a decentralized system, like you also can't recover your BTC private key incase you lost it. Basically you have to make sure you keep your passphrase safe. I have all my private keys and passphrases of all my crypto things encrypted and saved, including a 3 way backup (on different locations of course).
