Yep, there are a significant changes to Earnbet UI. Now it looks a lot better. But don't expect to see any changes of their sportsbook UI. Earnbet sportsbook odds provider is SoftSwiss, and the UI of their sportsbook is delivered by the odds provider. The UI is the same for all the sportsbooks with SoftSwiss provider. There will be changes to the sportsbook UI if the odds provider team does it from their side.

My mistake earlier, there was a time gap between the messages in the chatbox about deposit issues, that is why only one person was mentioned. As for the deposit it was done correctly, right address, right network and the transaction is already confirmed. Support has also created a ticket for this, so hopefully it does not take too long and gets resolved faster than what that other user experienced.

Thanks for the info. At least now it is clear that the deposit will be credited, just need to wait a little longer. It is a bit annoying but based on the previous withdrawal issue that was fixed in about 10 hours, hopefully this one does not take much longer.

They usually answer via chat box or the support chat located on the bottom right side with circle logo with “support” text on it. You will need to provide email and name to redirect to their live chat.

It's the World Cup, not a good time for them to have such issues, especially when they were just calling out their followers to place a bet on their sports betting feature. I do hope this time around, it won't take several hours to get solved.

Unfortunately, there is no way to combine them. Earnbet is the only casino I have seen until now where the USDT deposit on ERC20 and TRC20 networks is considered as a separate coin. The withdrawal fee is very high on the TRC20 withdrawal system at Earnbet. Maybe this is the reason for considering those two as different coins. They don't want the users to make deposits in the TRC20 network and make a withdrawal through the ERC20 network by paying a cheap fee.

Likely it's only intentionally separation your funds in USDT on different chains but you can use all your USDT for bets. Only with your account balance and withdrawals, you will see your USDT fund splits to two parts, on ERC20 chain and TRC20 chain.

If you can use funds for bets well, it's good and I see no issue.
I guess issue appears with your withdrawal and you only can withdraw your USDT fund in your ERC20 part, and another one in your TRC20 part. For example, if you have $50 USDT with $20 USDT in ERC20, $30 in TRC20, you only can withdraw maximum with $20 on ERC20 and $30 on TRC20 but can not withdraw all $50 with only one chosen chain.

You are right. That's exactly what happened. I visited Pragmatic Play's website and the demo version of Sugar Rush 1000. I changed the bet size to $5 per spin to see how much the bonus buys cost. The damn "$" sign does look like a "1" if you aren't paying attention. But yeah, it should be $2,500 and not $12,500. The regular free spins bonus buy is $500 for that bet size.

I first realized this when I received a reward from a contest, maybe two months ago. I thought the contest prize would go to the bottom USDT balance and would be converted to the top USDT balance once the wagering requirement was met.
So I just realized that deposits go to the bottom USDT balance, as I've only been depositing with Bitcoin.

You don't say anything wrong but for example in trading, people can argue about using stop loss, stop limit orders or in investment people can disagree with each other about DCA strategy. It's personal approach and people can choose strategy they like, and if they can do it well, secure their initial fund and get profit from it, it's good.

I absolutely agree with you that traders should use stop loss orders on exchanges. It makes sense because you can't influence the direction in which the market will move. Stop loss offers protection. When you have open orders, you want that extra protection so as not to loss above a limit you set for yourself.

So, stop losses when trading are absolutely fine because prices rise and fall independent of what you do. When gambling, you are in control of your actions. You bet and play with the money you want to. At least that's how it's supposed to be.

A while ago there was a deposit issue, and now the withdrawal is having the same problem. Not just me, many others in the chatbox and Telegram community are also sharing the same thing and it has been going on for hours with no update at all. Not sure what is happening on Earnbet's side but this kind of problem seems to keep coming back. Already made a support ticket and hoping it gets resolved fast because deposit and withdrawal are the two most important things on casino.


About the Sports feature that just launched a few weeks ago, there is one thing worth mentioning about the interface on PC/Desktop feels too small, almost like browsing on a mobile screen. Tried closing the chatbox and side panel to free up some space but the Sportsbook section still feels narrow, particularly toward the bottom. Expanding it a bit more vertically would make a big difference for the overall desktop experience.
