If they don't like any winning accounts and you never broke any rules, then the worst-case scenario would be to limit your bets. I don't think they would take your funds just like that.
Something must have triggered this, and I think the best way to know is to take them on with the licensing body or arbitrators.
I remember about another casino, Duelbits, that prohibited some users in their casino tournaments. Likely because these users won many tournaments and the casino no longer wanted to allow them joining, like they felt something wrong, or they wanted to give opportunities to other users. It's not like they banned those users on their casino completely, just restrictions on tournaments.

In life, I read that some casinos prohibit a famous poker player to come to their casinos and play, and there are reasons for that. About @peleasd, likely there are reasons too but if he felt not safe to store money and play in EarnBet, he can move, of course after withdrawing his fund from the platform. It's personal feeling, experience and choice, while other gamblers can stay as Earnbet is a good casino with good reputation.

I read the scam accusation and there does seem to be inconsistencies, or rather.. key information that may look unfavorable on the player seems to be left out. Someone mentioned an edited post where they'd been banned at other bookmakers before and it seems like they are presenting information very selectively. While I agree that the original deposit amount should be returned to the player out of fairness if they don't want to do business with them, I don't think that they should be allowed to take any profits away. Looking at the odds of bets being placed, it looks like arbitrage "matched betting" which is turned away at most sportbooks. This player mentions having "no active multiple accounts" in the scam accusation, which could just be unfortunate wording but could also suggest they skirt around rules to take advantage of bookmakers. Diving straight into the scam accusation with this sketchy story seems like they're trying to extort or blackmail their way out, which I cannot see working.

Hello everyone ! Earnbet is not paying my winnings . i've deposited 3331 TRX and after 3 tennis bets i wanted to withdraw my all funds ( 5977 TRX) . i see my withdraw request marked as error and my funds are not either in my acc or in my wallet.  If you don't want me to bet in your casino you may void my bets i can understand but even stealing my deposit amount it's too much. I didn't do anything wrong my tennis bets were fair. id: Lilayo .
Am not on the technical board of Earnbet, but I can do my best to direct you on the best route to take that may help you get somewhere.

Firstly, check your public address on Tronscan to see the latest inbound transactions, if you see a failed transaction, copy the ID as a proof your transaction failed on the Blockchain. If you didn't see any transaction at all, it was an internal server error.

Next is to contact support via live chat or through email while providing your account ID, the exact amount, the timestamp of the withdrawal, a screenshot of the error status page, while stating clearly what happened and ask for a reset or manual processing of your payout.

You can also check the community channels on telegram or discord to see if such issues were already escalated.

Please also be careful not to give out your password or private keys to anyone on these channels as official admin only need your username to search it up on the database log.

Since they said you already contravene section 6, i wonder what that is, but still try to get a reasonable explanation or do a critical personal research as to what you did wrong to have such issues.

Your response contains serious allegations, but it does not provide any verifiable evidence to support them.
First, my previous disputes with other bookmakers were not related to match-fixing, fraud, or manipulated tennis matches. Those accounts were restricted because I was considered a winning player or because of alleged arbitrage activity. In every previous case, the bookmaker returned at least my original deposit because they had no evidence that the funds themselves were connected to fraud.
EarnBet has acted very differently. You have not only confiscated the disputed winnings, but also my original deposited funds. This is the central issue you continue to avoid.
Regarding the tennis bets, I completely reject the allegation that any match or betting activity involved fraud or manipulation. You are free to publish the full betting history, including the matches, markets, odds, bet times and settlement details. I have nothing to hide. General phrases such as “suspicious betting patterns” are not evidence of cheating.
I also reject the allegation that I operated four active accounts. While I was betting with the account in question, I did not have another active account with a usable balance. A blockchain connection alone does not prove that multiple accounts were controlled by the same person. Funds can pass through exchanges, payment services, shared wallets, intermediaries or third parties. If you claim that all four accounts belonged to me, publish the specific evidence showing common ownership and control—not merely that some transactions were connected on-chain.
You also refer to my edited Bitcointalk post as though editing one sentence somehow proves fraud. I edited it only to prevent the discussion from being misunderstood or diverted toward unrelated disputes with other bookmakers. The original sentence did not admit cheating, multi-accounting or match manipulation. Using a routine edit as a major part of your defence only demonstrates how weak the underlying evidence is.
For transparency, please answer these questions directly:
Which exact bets were allegedly fraudulent?
What specific betting pattern proves fraud rather than simply successful betting?
What evidence proves that I personally owned and controlled all four accounts?
Were the accounts used at the same time, from the same device, IP address or identity documents?
Why was my original deposit confiscated instead of being returned?
Which exact wording in Section 6 authorizes EarnBet to confiscate legitimate deposited funds without publishing evidence of fraud?
Other bookmakers that no longer wished to accept my bets at least returned my deposit and clearly stated that they did not want my future business. EarnBet instead relies on vague accusations, refuses to disclose the evidence and confiscates both winnings and deposited funds.
I am not asking anyone to accept my word blindly. I am asking EarnBet to provide concrete, independently verifiable evidence. Until that evidence is published, the public should distinguish between a proven fraud case and a bookmaker making broad allegations after a customer wins.
Return my winnings or original deposit and publish the complete evidence supporting your accusations.
