You are right that it is a local ban/restriction as requested by the government of our country. X in general is obligated to follow the local laws means that once the government ask/request them to restrict the access of any accounts/contents on X which suspected of promoting online gambling, X should do it immediatelly.

Earnbet don't use emails from what I have known but use community channels like Telegram, X, this Bitcointalk gambling board and their internal promotions tab on the sites' dashboard.

Use a privacy-focused, no-log VPN if you are afraid of getting into trouble with your government. They can't request information about the sites you have visited if there is no information to be requested. Besides, state nations have better things to do than to investigate people who viewed posts on X.

Gambling is banned in many regions around the world. But I doubt they would go this far to catch a gambler. The government need to file a case, then file report, cooperate with the international agencies, and then they will reach the VPN company. This is a long process, which the government won't do unless there are some big amount involved. Usually the government run after the casinos that run their business inside the region where gambling is banned.

I won't encaurage anyone to break the local laws, but I can say that the government won't go that far to catch an average gambler. However, think what would happen if you get caught in local search.
