Looking at what they have done so far, I can say that Earnbet is not really doing promotions on their site although they have done many promotions in this forum, I think there is small chance to see they provide special promotion for sports.
They have been operating for years but I have never seen any promotion for special events, maybe I missed some of them as I'm not that active here.
They do not even have dedicated promotions page like other casinos, what I can see is about the $200k yearly wagering contest.
