I think that these offshore licenses are given far too much credit, they're more about protecting the company owners from being targeted where they live under gambling regulations rather than protecting protecting players. These tiny jurisdictions simply don't have the resources to effectively manage and investigate what must be tens of thousands of complaints (valid or not) each year. The only way a player should look at it is: they've made the bare minimum effort to pay extra for a piece of paper that an absolute scam is less likely to invest in. Beyond that there is no safety provided by these things, but it definitely does nothing to prevent money laundering or abuse like you claim.

I'm pretty sure I did not say that having an offshore license prevents money laundering or abuse. That was meant for the strict wagering requirements that most casinos impose.  
I'm merely pointing out that the review site stated that having an offshore license is a disadvantage when, in reality, most crypto-casinos chose to rely on these offshore regulators 'cause they allow crypto; as such, lots of crypto-casinos have that type of license. In this new season, I intend to bet based on stats like the teams current form, the venue where the match would be played either home or away, the market odds also, so as to make a better informed choice, because without considering the stats I mentioned, one would experience more heartbreaks when a team just coming off relegation zone like Hull city, easily beats a bigger top team out of the blues like Manchester United.

Honestly I have never felt convincing enough on the ways Manchester United have performed in recent seasons including the last season. I am not their fan but not an anti-fan so my thought about them is like neutral enough. I believe that they will have more problems in this season when have to play in UEFA Champions League, face with many strong opponents there, and possibly tough matches in Champions League will affect their player resource, fitness and preparation for matches in Premier League.

There is other reason like they will have more problems when key players get older and possibly have more aged effects in this season and upcoming ones. They only played friendlies before that and you can't take friendly matches seriously, especially those organized at the beginning of team preparations when the clubs just started working on player fitness. You will get a better picture of a team's form only after three or four competitive matches and how they performed in them.

To be honest, I made a guess that the player bought the bonus spins. Seems I was wrong. The video shows the base bet $1 but a total cost of $4.70. I simply guessed that the difference, although small as you pointed out, is there because of a bonus the player bought. In reality, it's not a classic bonus but a Nolimit Booster and xBet. Just like TopTort777 has said, it is better to get in touch with the support staff directly on the site or create a ticket and file a complaint.
Withdrawal delays are common, though, especially if you're pulling out a big amount. Most casino will delay your withdrawal requests to fulfill their AML checks before processing/approving it. I'm not saying that's the cause of your issue but that's also a probability. So, is it a significant amount?
