Waiting to OP to respond about this post. Looks like the accusation will be solved now. I don't know why cloudbet didn't prioritize this thread since this is the best way to respond about this issue.

Apologies for the lack of responses, I’ve been at a conference this week.

I’ve finally have some good news to share on one of the ongoing issues being discussed. I’ve posted our response on AskGamblers but also wanted to share here:

Cloudbet Casino - Problem withdrawing 38 BTC

Antonioo - We have concluded our investigation, and based on new information from our gaming provider, have made a decision to reopen your account. Your withdrawal requests have now been processed.

I can understand your frustration with the delay, but with this type of investigation its necessary to be diligent to ensure a safe and fair gaming environment for all of our players.

We have disabled the games that allowed these exploits until further notice.

Muxen5 & Abright135 + Others - I’ve noticed a few reports from players in France, Holland, and Australia claiming that they are somehow blocked from our site. This was definitely not intended, and our teams have now solved the issue to allow access again. Apologies for the downtime, and thanks for your patience while this was resolved.

I’m aware that there are some other issues being discussed here, and I’ll respond to them as soon as possible when I receive updates from our teams.

Finally, I’d just like to reassure people speculating about our ability to pay out - we are still processing withdrawals as usual and our bankroll is as high as it’s ever been. We simply have to ensure that we follow our set processes and investigate thoroughly when accounts are flagged, otherwise we are inviting every dishonest player online to come and try their luck.

I haven't withdrawn the funds yet and haven't logged in to my account yet. But looks like my case getting resolved! Once I will withdraw the fund. I will write an update!

Now, since they delayed with my funds, I lost $17000 because Bitcoin's value is down since January 14th.

I haven't withdrawn the funds yet and haven't logged in to my account yet. But looks like my case getting resolved! Once I will withdraw the fund. I will write an update!

Now, since they delayed with my funds, I lost $11500 because Bitcoin's value is down since January 14th.

This was obviously failed scam attempt. I really wonder what would have happened to funds if player had not complained on forum(s) and other site(s).

I want to start to say thank and how I really really appreciate www.askgamblers.com to be my lifesaver in this case. Till today I had no idea about this kind of forums that is really helping people. But I understood the importance of these forums and please contact me if www.askgamblers.com have a page for donation or any angle to support you guys to keep solving the problems as I had with cloudbet.com
So I am not good at writing but I will give my best here to point out some issues and looking for answers.

I finally received my 38 BTC and some change BTC to my account after a long battle. Thanks again to www.askgamblers.com

After I submit my 1st complain to www.askgamblers.com there was no response from cloudbet
On Jan 29 www.askgamblers.com reopened the case because they knew something was wrong in this case

After they reopened Cloudbet replied as

www.askgamblers.com asked to cloudbet the real proofs that the player cheated, cloudbet replied that they reopened this case and will let us know soon. And guess what cloudbet said yesterday that the 2nd report came from evogaming has NO SIGN OF CHEATING.

2 days ago I contacted to cloudbet live chat and they told me my account closed and nomore investigation, they told me not to contact them again (have proofs if needed)
Yesterday when I contacted by Casino Marketing Guy (ANDY) he told me that he has good news that they will send my coins but he asked many photos, texts, another photo with his message, the only thing we didnt do is facetime. And finally he said we unblocked your account like he is doing me a favor. he feels like he is giving me a good new after all instead that he needs to claim sorry for all this trouble.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING AND I NEED HERE HELP

Just be glad you received your payout, your conscientiousness paid off and you still profited regardless. Assuming the price of BTC increased, should they have paid you less? At least you got paid while many others are still waiting. Take this as a good life lesson and never use cloudbet.com again.

So complaining on forum(s) and other site(s) obviously was not the key to get his 38 BTC.

In this case complaining on forums and askgamblers helped the OP to an extent. Obviously, cloudbet didn't want the negative PR. For me, I think he worked harder than most to retrieve his coins, by contacting everyone he could and presenting valid arguments against the scammers.

This was obviously failed scam attempt. I really wonder what would have happened to funds if player had not complained on forum(s) and other site(s).

I am glad OP will get funds and winnings back.

I posted similar thoughts on their thread. I hope their negative ratings remain as a reminder and warning to new players. If the OP had given up, cloudbet would have happily appropriated the coins. It was a clear SCAM attempt.

@ Swofty Keep the faith and spread the word about this mess far and wide, and everywhere possible to keep it alive. It will impact negatively on their business, and if they care about their brand they would strive to pay you asap. Getting REAL legal advice is good option too.

Apologies for missing this thread, I was responding to the issue on AG and our meta thread and just noticed this one in a trust reference.

I'm really glad we were able to resolve the issue and get the funds released despite the delays while we worked through the information from our provider.

As a result of the investigation we will also be removing certain functionality within the Live Roulette game in question that was central to the suspicious behaviour.

Based on the feedback from Ask Gamblers we will also be raising the bar in terms of the level of proof required from our providers to enforce our rules around suspicious activity.

Even though ginalli's case has been resolved there is even a similar case that involves a even bigger payout being held off by cloudbet, this case is from Swofty and like what ginalli did they posted their problem first in askgamblers and he is just doing what ginalli did on opening up his own scam accusation with his own case that involves 330 BTC being locked into his account that he cannot also access. If this is really just a matter of fraud assessment on their part they should do things quickly as Swofty has been waiting for any kind of progress on his withdrawal for more than a month now.

I had removed my red tag since I was tag for this case and case has been solved.

I am happy to get my winning, but this is I supposed to get way early. CLOUDBET just tried to find a new excuse or ways to attack me and don't let me withdraw the winning.
I am here trying to find the truth and if CLOUDBET saying there is a second report (which I don't believe), they should share with me! Because if there is a second report, then I don't have any questions, but what if they just made up that 2nd report just to hold my funds, then this is a different story! In a minute we are talking about $17k difference. That's 5 BTC right here. Why should I agree with CLOUDBET?? I will fight till the end for my money.

They dont respond to me at all. In emails totally ignored, in whatsapp and telegram VIPAndy blocked me and they are the ones who offered it on email to contact him, sucks. In AskGamblers they dont respond. I sent many complaints already. And I hope ill have a respond to Cloudbet/Ronnie soonest. Been waiting for so long already. Ginalli nice to have your BTC back, if got a chance or time could help me also spread mine? Thanks, 330 btc is a big money for my family future. They are just ignoring dragging delaying this for a month and 6 days now to be exact.
