I have been playing at Cloudbet since September 2018 and never had issues, but this time I had and nobody replies besides the casino marketing guy through WhatsApp and every time he says something else.

But there is some shady thing that I want to mention. Here is what happened. I play Live Roulette game from January 11th until 14th. 95% I lose since September 20. Anyone knows the game, will agree, that it's really hard to win. Anyway, after I played long hours I had 38 BTC and I requested withdraw. My account is suspended.

PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PROOFS!
1. Player Risk Analysis Report from EvolutionGaming (PDF file is here: https://ufile.io/mfj78)

First of all, this report was prepared on Jan 20th, when I contacted them on Jan 25th they told me they still waiting for the report. They sent me the report yesterday which is 28th.
Second, the report says that I played from saved bets, which is correct because the platform gives you an option to save your bets and play, or you can play repeat bets. If you play like that and win they tell you this is not the right way to play Smiley SO WHY DO YOU HAVE THIS OPTION ON YOUR PLATFORM?
Third, the report says that I placed my bets from saved bets average of 4 seconds before the ball dropped which might be correct but again, the platform lets you bet after they span the ball, so if you don't want the player play like that why do you have that option on the game.
Fourth, when they made this report they are stating Cloudbet that they will keep watching my actions and asking Cloudbet let them know if they want to block my account. So, in other words, they don't know my account was blocked on the day of withdrawing. So Cloudbet blocking the account and waits for couple days and then take actions and find excuses not to pay. I think they get the winning from the casinos and gain some time and never pay the big winning.
Fifth, the report states that I opened the account on Sep. 25th, 2018, but they analyze only from Jan 11-14th. If they go back and analyze all my play from Sep. 25th - Jan. 14th, they will see that I always play the same way and I have been loosing.

So in reality, if there is software how I have been loosing...
I really want to thank this page to be our (victims) voice!
I did not cheat nor used any software, I am a businessman and I like to gamble, but this is stealing.

DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY because even if you win you will never get it.

CLOUDBET.COM trick people, I think they get the winnings from the casinos and then block your account.
If there is software like that, how come I have been loosing?

38 BTC it is a lot of money and this is not profit. Only that day I deposit more than 11 BTC to that account to play and after I got lucky I ended up withdrawing 38 BTC.

<<<< TIMELINE >>>>

<< January 13th >> - I deposited 11 BTC into my account on cloudbet.com
<< January 14th >> - Cloudbet sent me an email and asked the ID and some documents and I sent them right away, since then they tell me, our security team is an investigation.
<< January 15th >> - My account is suspended. I had a chat on Cloudbet.com with Lily. She said that I will get verified in a few days. That this is their standard procedure. When I asked about my account she said: «Your account is suspended for the period of verification, but your funds are safe with us. I am very sorry for all the inconveniences you’re dealing with. From my side, I’ll leave a note for the team regarding your request and will try to do my best to help you get your request solved as quickly as possible.»
All my withdrawals have been canceled and my balance is $38.3441 BTC.
<< January 20th >> - Received a player risk analysis report from EvolutionGaming. The report issued: 20th of January 2019.
<< January 24th >> - I contacted a customer support chat again with Molly and ask for an update. Molly: «I have looked into your ticket, and I can confirm, that your account has not yet been fully verified, in scenarios like this we request our game provider to check the winnings. Sadly they are overloaded with requests and have not yet gotten back to us.».
To my questions «Why?» «How long it will take?» Molly replied: «I can’t give you an answer on that as the accounts are being investigated by our Player Safety team, it is completely out of my reach, unfortunately. I’m afraid I cannot give you a time frame on this, it depends when the game providers will be able to get back to us again.»
<< January 25th >> - I contacted a customer support chat again with Matthew and ask for an update. I got the same answer as Molly told me yesterday.
<< January 28th >> - Contacted Molly on the chat at Cloudbet.com. I told her that I contacted Casino marketing guy and Andy told me that reports are ready! Molly’s reply: «The investigation was conducted by the game provider, where an in-depth analysis was conducted. The email from Andy is our final decision on the matter, as such, I have no further information to offer. The balance on the account has been confiscated. It means that your account will stay closed and funds frozen». When I asked, «Frozen means you keep the funds?» The chat joined Steve, and he replied «The funds on the account, as they were accumulated again our terms have been removed from the account. As such, your account has a 0.00 balance and will remain closed. This is our final decision on the matter.»

I think it is better to move this in scam accusation and put all your proofs so that DTs can decide whether the cloudbet should be tag or not.

Anyway, there are many users complains here about this site and telling that this site is scam like the threads below.

On https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints most of the complaints solved by Cloudbet, but ALL COMPLAINS HAS less than 1 BTC and only my 2 complaints with 38 BTC and another guy with 331 BTC can't be resolved.

I am a businessman and I play this game in many casinos for many years. But this cloudbet is cheating on people like me, and I believe that they are cheating on the casino ends as well. The casinos think that my account was active.
Only that day of this occurs I sent 11 BTC to cloudbet to gamble but now I am not receiving anything and also I accused with cheating.
I can send all the proofs and their report as well.
I hope your platform can help.
Because I believe in karma, if this cloudbet is a scam, I will spend more money then I spent on cloudbet to marketing and let the next victims of cloudbet. Because this is not right. I made some searches and advice from some friends of mine to ask your help.
They are saying that I cheated, and I am asking if anyone cheats will not send you 11BTC to gamble. My play was always the same since I opened this account in Sep 2018, and I never won until that day.

There is a move topic option on the bottom left of the thread that you started. You can click it and then you'll be able to select which board to move and then click ok/next something similar. It's faster than contacting an admin, which I doubt he'll respond to something like this. Mod might help you though.

If you have a legal issue and decide to ask gamblers, you should expect that your claim will not be enforced!

However, they have 1 million visits per month, so it looks like you can convince people to go to the bakery after being injured! Cheesy

My impression is that the Askgamblers complaints service misleads victims!

Makes me sick every time. You should avoid betting with sites like these. They have no restrictions over the deposit but when big wins are made, the introduce all sorts of regulations. If you are following all their terms and conditions, you should go contact your local authorities and sue them.

I agree. There is should be some other ways to solve the real issues like that. The report doesn't make any sense. I will do whatever it takes to let everyone know that Cloudbet scamming people! 

There are a couple of things I want to mention about this report, I don't know if this report is real also.
The report prepared on Jan 20th (it has a date on it)
The report analyzes only 3 days of action (between Jan 11-14)
The report doesn't say that I cheated.
The report says that I was playing from saved bets which is the platform offers.
The report says that I played a couple different tables (which platform let you play 4 tables at the same time)
The report is saying that they will keep monitoring my games when I play BUT they don't even know my account was blocked 5 days before they prepared that report.

What is in that last screenshot, it says "signs of prediction"? I don't quite understand this. Roulette is game of prediction, how can you exactly play roulette if you don't guess where ball will drop?

How one can defeat EV- game using system or whatever they said in that message?

Within 24 hours I posted over 15 the biggest gamblers communities and start to sent complaints about Cloudbet. I start to receive more weird messages on my phone and email.

I received messages from the owner and admin of Cloudbet. I am not sure at this point with whom I am talking too, because I can not believe this is true.

This is 2 emails (https://imgur.com/a/eu89OAQ) I received before I start my conversations with these guys. I asked them to send me an email from corporate emails @cloudbet.com that I am talking to the right person on Telegram.

The owner of cloudbet asked me to pay 5 BTC to re-activate my account. These guys saying that I used stolen coins  Huh Roll Eyes

What do you think? @game-protect

I know. I want to hear the Cloudbet, someone from there to say something about that. Since Cloudbet has only 1 contact via email for their customer service, they need to respond on that matter. How can these people make a fake email from admin@cloudbet.com or support@cloudbet.com, how do I know if I will talk to the write person from cloudbet anymore?!

It usually happens when you start complaining about not receiving huge amount of money and you share your email and telegram in public. I think you will get more of these messages, you should probably move to new email and phone number.

Of course, don't send money for "account reactivation", makes no sense.

i contacted the OP (ginalli) to ask him few questions (of course not private) and seems like cloudbet is asking for bribe (cash under the table) to unlock his account from what he says.
correct me if i am wrong but we seen that before..
casinos locking people account to milk money from the big players, and in the end after the big noise, they always do that and milk their players.
this is classic case and not something new...
sadly the amount is big this time

I clearly said they will ask you for bribe because that's what all scamming casinos do.
As you can read, i also told you to NOT PAY THEM anything.
I am fool to trying to give you advice, but the best advice so far from my side was to not pay them anything.
Next time when you try to put words on my mouth, don't forget that people keep record of their conversation.
Based on the lies you saying so far, i don't believe they cheated you also.
You told me they asking 5btc from you, and i told you to not pay them that amount and always start to negotiate if you even want to go with their rules.
And in the end i told you to not pay them anything.
Anyway, i am not with anyone, and especially with any casinos, i don't even gamble.

Based on your recent screenshots updated on the case, the only guys who have your telegram is the guy who send you that email and you added.

HUGE UPDATES!
Within 24 hours I posted over 15 the biggest gamblers communities and start to sent complaints about Cloudbet. I start to receive more weird messages on my phone and email.

I received messages from the owner and admin of Cloudbet. I am not sure at this point with whom I am talking too, because I can not believe this is true.

This is 2 emails (https://imgur.com/a/eu89OAQ) I received before I start my conversations with these guys. I asked them to send me an email from corporate emails @cloudbet.com that I am talking to the right person on Telegram.

The owner of cloudbet asked me to pay 5 BTC to re-activate my account. These guys saying that I used stolen coins  Huh Roll Eyes

I tried to help you offer in exchange for cash and as it can be seen from our conversation my offer is transparent.
Everyone can see the messages i send you which include:
"anyway, if i help you get the account back will you pay me 0.1 btc?"
"after you have it not before that"
Obviously i didn't ask you for cent before i try to help you.
I was thinking to force them with strategy to pay you, but consider they already ask money for you, that's impossible and i just leaved it.

Edit: Next time when you adding scammers to your telegram, do not try to blame the people trying to help you.

i contacted the OP (ginalli) to ask him few questions (of course not private) and seems like cloudbet is asking for bribe (cash under the table) to unlock his account from what he says.
correct me if i am wrong but we seen that before..
casinos locking people account to milk money from the big players, and in the end after the big noise, they always do that and milk their players.

That's not something new and everyone know that, if you don't then open your eyes and take a look at how most scammers work.
If you telling me that i suggested OP to pay the scammers bribe, take a closer look after he giving me more detailed information about the case, how i told him to not pay them even cent.
In first place it was more than obvious they threaten him to pay money, and yes i do suggest people to pay any amount to take what was scammed, especially with that amount.
That "bribe" can be put in escrow so the scammers can take it after they unlock his account.
Take a closer look in our conversation between me and OP and then judge with your brain.
People with DT powers should be little bit more smart than this and judge after reading.

@ginalli don't pay anything to anyone to restore your account, as I said before. Not a single service will ask you such thing, especially not to pay them +$15K.

Also, whoever comes to you with idea that they will help you but you have to pay them something is probably trying to scam you. People here will help you for free if they can and you don't have to pay anything to anyone, no one here is running bitcointalk's law practice.

Also, stay away from Gameprotect (if you have to, rather hire real licensed lawyer), they can't help/protect you. Let's wait for Cloudbet's response here.

Could you please show the headers from the email so we can see the IP from where they sending you that email?
I ask for your telegram for sure, but the interesting part is that you added me in telegram way before i have your telegram.
And yes i clearly stand behind my words, it is better to pay them what they want to take that huge amount they scamming off you.
There is many secured ways you paying them those money without being scammed again.
You can always use escrow and put those money/coins in safe place so they cannot scam you.
By that way, the scammers won't be able to have those coins without doing what they promise (unlock your account).

The guy Jo jones from telegram is a total fuck. DO NOT SEND SHIT TO anyone its not what they promised.

Somthing similar happened with me on Binance but they were super amazing at solving issues. I deposited 8 BTC and no questions were asked and when I tried withdrawing 7.5 (a little loss) they denied and asked for a verification procedure which was not really that simple but anyways my issue was solved 2 days later. My account was blocked for 24 hours i couldnt pass verification process in 5 attempts.

Point is, you must ask documents about the source of BTC at the time of deposit or dont ask at all because it just doesnt make sense and only reason why I am going to talk to a service that does that nice becaue my money is at stake wsith them.

I am so sorry for your loss and hopefully you will get the amount in full and not a penny less. Good luck looking forward for the updates

I spent last two hours researching about them(cloudbet ) and any(if at all) scam accusations made on them. Man, it is scary to even think about it. i do know brother how you must feel when it happened but I'm sure all is going to go well.

PS. i just withdrew my 0.035 BTC out of cloudbet moments ago and sent them on Nitrogensports.  Grin

Cloudbet Casino - Problem withdrawing 38 BTC

Antonioo - We have concluded our investigation, and based on new information from our gaming provider, have made a decision to reopen your account. Your withdrawal requests have now been processed.

I can understand your frustration with the delay, but with this type of investigation its necessary to be diligent to ensure a safe and fair gaming environment for all of our players.

We have disabled the games that allowed these exploits until further notice.

Muxen5 & Abright135 + Others - I’ve noticed a few reports from players in France, Holland, and Australia claiming that they are somehow blocked from our site. This was definitely not intended, and our teams have now solved the issue to allow access again. Apologies for the downtime, and thanks for your patience while this was resolved.

I’m aware that there are some other issues being discussed here, and I’ll respond to them as soon as possible when I receive updates from our teams.

Finally, I’d just like to reassure people speculating about our ability to pay out - we are still processing withdrawals as usual and our bankroll is as high as it’s ever been. We simply have to ensure that we follow our set processes and investigate thoroughly when accounts are flagged, otherwise we are inviting every dishonest player online to come and try their luck.

I haven't withdrawn the funds yet and haven't logged in to my account yet. But looks like my case getting resolved! Once I will withdraw the fund. I will write an update!

Now, since they delayed with my funds, I lost $17000 because Bitcoin's value is down since January 14th.

Just be glad you received your payout, your conscientiousness paid off and you still profited regardless. Assuming the price of BTC increased, should they have paid you less? At least you got paid while many others are still waiting. Take this as a good life lesson and never use cloudbet.com again.

So complaining on forum(s) and other site(s) obviously was not the key to get his 38 BTC.

In this case complaining on forums and askgamblers helped the OP to an extent. Obviously, cloudbet didn't want the negative PR. For me, I think he worked harder than most to retrieve his coins, by contacting everyone he could and presenting valid arguments against the scammers.

This was obviously failed scam attempt. I really wonder what would have happened to funds if player had not complained on forum(s) and other site(s).

I posted similar thoughts on their thread. I hope their negative ratings remain as a reminder and warning to new players. If the OP had given up, cloudbet would have happily appropriated the coins. It was a clear SCAM attempt.

I'm really glad we were able to resolve the issue and get the funds released despite the delays while we worked through the information from our provider.

As a result of the investigation we will also be removing certain functionality within the Live Roulette game in question that was central to the suspicious behaviour.

Even though ginalli's case has been resolved there is even a similar case that involves a even bigger payout being held off by cloudbet, this case is from Swofty and like what ginalli did they posted their problem first in askgamblers and he is just doing what ginalli did on opening up his own scam accusation with his own case that involves 330 BTC being locked into his account that he cannot also access. If this is really just a matter of fraud assessment on their part they should do things quickly as Swofty has been waiting for any kind of progress on his withdrawal for more than a month now.

Hi Ginelli,

Apologies for missing this thread, I was responding to the issue on AG and our meta thread and just noticed this one in a trust reference.

I'm really glad we were able to resolve the issue and get the funds released despite the delays while we worked through the information from our provider.

As a result of the investigation we will also be removing certain functionality within the Live Roulette game in question that was central to the suspicious behaviour.

Based on the feedback from Ask Gamblers we will also be raising the bar in terms of the level of proof required from our providers to enforce our rules around suspicious activity.

Even though ginalli's case has been resolved there is even a similar case that involves a even bigger payout being held off by cloudbet, this case is from Swofty and like what ginalli did they posted their problem first in askgamblers and he is just doing what ginalli did on opening up his own scam accusation with his own case that involves 330 BTC being locked into his account that he cannot also access. If this is really just a matter of fraud assessment on their part they should do things quickly as Swofty has been waiting for any kind of progress on his withdrawal for more than a month now.

I had removed my red tag since I was tag for this case and case has been solved.

I am happy to get my winning, but this is I supposed to get way early. CLOUDBET just tried to find a new excuse or ways to attack me and don't let me withdraw the winning.
I am here trying to find the truth and if CLOUDBET saying there is a second report (which I don't believe), they should share with me! Because if there is a second report, then I don't have any questions, but what if they just made up that 2nd report just to hold my funds, then this is a different story! In a minute we are talking about $17k difference. That's 5 BTC right here. Why should I agree with CLOUDBET?? I will fight till the end for my money.

They dont respond to me at all. In emails totally ignored, in whatsapp and telegram VIPAndy blocked me and they are the ones who offered it on email to contact him, sucks. In AskGamblers they dont respond. I sent many complaints already. And I hope ill have a respond to Cloudbet/Ronnie soonest. Been waiting for so long already. Ginalli nice to have your BTC back, if got a chance or time could help me also spread mine? Thanks, 330 btc is a big money for my family future. They are just ignoring dragging delaying this for a month and 6 days now to be exact.

Yes I did followed what they needed. They paid me out last time as you can see the photo on AskGamblers. I will post it in here again. They paid me out, then when I withdraw all they hold it and needed the documents, which I gave right away. Now its been a month and 6 days to be exact since that.
