Actually it's not so easy to say that how long this bearish market will run. But I'm expecting bull run at the middle of 2019.

When it ends of bear market? no one knows, from the article there are many who oppose it through comments and me too, the fact is generally that it is anonymized and there are many more "whales" anonymous users and investors through the crypto community who can reverse the situation at any time.

In my personal prediction bear market of crypto already ended and currently the market sideaway and in the middle of this year will back to bullish, i believe with circle of crypto market that bullish and bearish always changed. With more adoption of crypto and blockchain  technology this market for sure will turn in to bullish, we have to wait patient for that.

I beg to disagree that the bearish market had ended. The market is still bearish. Investors and traders are very hesitant to make huge move in the market. They are moving very carefully to avoid huge losses. The market is fluctuating and inclined downward. The market isn't going up. Now, the question of when will the bearish market end, I think it's far from over. No significant signs until now.

True, no one knows when the bear will be over. But I am sure there will be something in the future that will answer our question. And that can be good or vice versa. Bears can be turned into bulls or bears will continue to appear. That is the risk we must bear in mind.

That's right because predicting the right thing is very difficult, because many people predict that in the end it doesn't happen.
and all we have to do is continue to wait until the market returns bull run again

I take almost a year for this bear so it need at least a year to recover. Maybe 2020 we can see bullish move.

Maybe we should wait again this year, but with the situations in the market, I hope that the altcoin can rise again although not too higher. I am fine if bitcoin price cannot increase higher as long as altcoin price can get increase higher so I can collect more bitcoin and I only need to wait for the next time of bitcoin price increase.

Bearish continue for bitcoin, but I don't think it's happening with the altcoin because some of the altcoins can get a rise from the bottom price and they make a great movement in the market. Bitcoin itself still going to down without we know when it's over but we have a chance to get more bitcoin from altcoin, so it's better we use this chance to earn more bitcoin

And its fall, so you should kinda get used to it. The total majority of altcoins won't be able to survive this "ethnic cleansing" anyway. And that's a good thing actually as most altcoins are downright shitcoins, and with them kicking the bucket people will stop losing their dough and diluting Bitcoin value down the road (read, Bitcoin will profit greatly from this massacre at the end of the day). Even the top altocoins like Ethereum will likely end with price tags no higher than 50 dollars. This is their "fair" price

The market is going to recover but the time that is going to happen we don't know yet.  It has to be serious swing before we see strong recovering.  I believe that now is the time for us to watch and wait until there is a genuine breakouts of the channels.  We should not expect bitcoin price movement this year but we need a set up that will cheat the part of upwards price movement. The end of the bearish trend is not here yet but it might be too close to call.  Remember that Cryptocoins market trading is a risk investments and when you think that is the end it might be still very far.

2020 won't be much different from 2019. It is just another accumulation year. Maybe even 2021 will be like that. This bear market will take longer time than the one started 2015 because the bear started in 2015 took more time than the one before that. That's how it works so I wouldn't be too hasty about it. Spread your buys over time at least for the next 2 years and you'll be a happy man in the end.

Seriously right now following such trends will just get you more lost The best thing you can do is to be more focused on maybe getting in and buying some coins you find worthy of investment I think you will be happy in the long run

Bitcoin is provably scarce. I can't be "too confident" enough that it will reach a 6 digit valuation within 10 years. If you cannot wait, then it's your loss.

That's a very common misconception

And it can be fatal in trading. Bitcoin being "provably scarce" doesn't make it "provably valuable" and its price "provably high", not in the least. To draw such a conclusion you don't need to have a lot of functioning brain cells as common sense would suffice. The supply of coins didn't increase too much in 2018 (I guess it is in the range of a couple percent) but the price crashed 6 times. I assume this is enough to understand that being "provably scarce" is nowhere near enough to be valuable. Simple, isn't it?

I do not understand how people are certain with a price and a time table.

Like I get could bitcoin increase in the next 10 years ? Definitely, I think these prices will look funny compared to what it will be in 10 years. Could bitcoin reach one million dollars one day ? 

More than likely, bitcoin is a scarce and non inflation currency which means the more dollar devalues due to inflation the more bitcoin will worth even if bitcoin doesn't go up itself which it will. But, will bitcoin be 1 million dollars in the next 10 years ? Who knows, that is just a certain time with a set price and I can't really make a guess like that because we do not have a data in our hands that guarantees such a thing.

I am not saying its going to happen or not, I am just saying its uncertain and we can't possibly know.

Most of the thread that tackles about this bear market says this would last until 2020 for the reason of correction from the bubble that happen in 2017 last quater so i guess this might be the estimated time for this bear

But for me i will not rely on this instead i will continue dealing with the market prices,because the more we expect is the more failue we might have,so why need to look for higher profit when we can have small but surely

Nobody knows when this bear market will go through, in fact, I myself wishing this things to be finish. But I don't know howl long will it takes this situation, we've been waiting for a year or more than 12 months I think. But still the manipulators in the market are controlling it I guess based on my assessment.

No one can know or predict when a bull market is coming to an end. I even think BTC can drop to the 1000-1500$ level again before a bullrun starts to happen again. To see a real run like we had in 2017 I think it is even possible it will take 2-3 years from now. But as I say no one can predict. It can change suddenly even we do not expect it to happen

I believe this current bear market has been the longest one we have had recently. Started from the first quarter of 2018 till date. I believe with the successful launching of the ETF by SEC will bring the current bear market to end but it may continue if SEC postpones the admission of ETF again this month.

By intuition says that nothing will change even after the ETF approval. Even if there is a burst, it might just be a short burst because of the hype that will be created. If we can sustain the price after the burst, then its actually a good thing. Good thing I have been hearing rumors about SEC  people saying the bitcoin ETF will be approved at some point. Lets just hope those rumors are true.

Yes, altcoin cannot against bitcoin because altcoin price will follow with bitcoin price. But I am sure that there is any altcoin that can increase higher or at least they can reach 50% higher from the price now, and it's mean, we can make a profit in bitcoin. We need to have more bitcoin, and we could only get it from altcoin pair bitcoin, so when bitcoin is in the bull market, we could sell bitcoin to get the fiat or we can hold bitcoin for a long time. Maybe it's true that the bearish this time is for cleansing the altcoin in the market so in the future, the market will only be filled with the potential coins and we don't have too many altcoins which are not profitable.
