What you said is right but sometimes Ethereum and some top Altcoins went against the trend because they gradually exit the dominance of Bitcoin

Right,still there is no approval of ETF from SEC but this chances of getting approval makes the market to rise again but if it not happens again then we may see the price fall again as well.
