I just feel the ICO game is over, using fact and data to see what has become the state of the 100's of ICOs last year and 2017, how many of these project is left with active development, the most disturbing thing here is that some that are up and running have no users on their platform and some that do have are not even accepting their native tokens

I think that the bad market conditions are the only one reason why coins of new projects fall in price very much

Probably that is mate, indeed most of the projects of ICO lately had those reasons which really hinders their success in propagating good results on their crypto community. Badly, some of them didn't refund the investors money and resulted to scam project that caused bad reputation to ico developers. This brought people to distrust crypto project, and many people hesitated to become part of cryptocurrency activities anymore.

look for platforms with working app, real team, and active users.
if they are greedy, they will target a soft cap of multi-million dollars. but if theres a solid reason to do so, seek for it.

Opportunities will still be in ICO but not for now. Market very bad,a lot of project hardcap but when the listing on the market is precisely falling down far away from ICO price. This may also make the reason for the developer to delay listing very long but that doesn't mean it failed because when we saw a team still active in development and still want to actively interact of course there are incredible things they want to achieve. There are still opportunities but we cannot see it right now because of the market condition, I have seen and read a lot of good projects, but they have paused their ICO campaign because of the bear trend, once the bull run start again we will see more ICO coming up but be warned that there are also a lot of scam ICO in the market.

There's still opportunity for ICO, but the market is not in good condition, every coin is struggling because of the long bearish market, so many investors are not too interested in investing in ICO yet, but once the market is better there will be a lot of investors coming to ICO, but the ICO itself need to be having a good potential for the future
