ICO is still easy money, easy way to scam people. Do not trust ICO since CENTRA fail, will never invest anymore 
Things will change when STO will rule crypto world.

The thing is people do not have a full understanding that STOs or ICOs are the same exact thing and ICO could generally be the same thing a STO it just depends on what country the project is based in and the security laws in such country.

I mean people think STO and boom its a new wave when in reality if STOs where to happen 90% of the people in this forum wouldnt be able to invest in them as they sre not wealthy enough to do so.

ICOs are now dead, most of the new emergence ICOs cannot survive to the challenges in the market. There are only few people who are still participating in ICOs. The new trend nowadays are the STO and there are many investors who want to patronize it than ICOs.

There aren't many investors who will participate in STOs because the majority of people can't afford to participate in STOs, STOs are only for the wealthy so its not like casual ICO participants can just go straight to participating in STOs again most don't even know what the security laws in their countries are.

Looks like the crypto community is never going to learn and research into their own security laws.

Maybe some and not many anymore, with the current market interest from community goes lesser and lesser knowing the outcome results of those
previous ico's, it's intimidating to place your money and hope for some luck, there's still hope for people who already holding some tokens but investing
more will be a big question, chances to gained support will be depend from how good the project will be and the offers that much realistic than the others

They still have chance to survive but market condition is really bad, they must must find another way to keep stay. I believe ICO project already have solutions but reality is not good, so far. They only need to keep going, grow up audiences, increase project performance and always protect users asset, do that and the project will have good future.

I think because of the bearish market ICOs are not being able to continue the project. Bounty hunters dump in the initial stage of listing in exchange, if in this bearish market, someone dump a coin hugely, guess what will happen.

I think there are a lot of reason some tokens not listed in market. From developers who must pay high fees and maybe the token not included in criteria that can be listed in that market. From what i know list token in market is not easy as pay and then get listed.

Of course, there are still opportunities for ico, there are still good and potential ico at the moment, indeed ico scam is still there but we don't get ico like that, if you want to invest in ico you should be able to choose ico that has the potential or not, so that in the future you can get good results

We cannot help people to become doubtful because of the side by side stories of ICO scam. But think of it like new businesses, food for example that are not popular at first but once tasted it will be successful. ICOs should be examine first, after all the test, it will be safe to invest again. Theres always an opportunity to something new. Just be careful but dont stop.

I read many articles about ICOs and I found out that it is now not advisable to make investment in it. There are a lot of risks that the investors facing when they are pariticpating in ICO. There are many fake profiles that are using by many scammers for them to scam many investors using ICO.

Currently, there are many ICO projects emerging but almost all of them are unreliable, you should not join ICO at this time, it is too risky when we are still in a downtrend and many ICOs is postponed for this reason

Of course there are opportunities for ICOs. Just because ICOs got a bad reputation as many of Ico-based projects became scams doesn't mean that every ICO is the same. We just need to be much more careful when we choose to invest in an ICO, but opportunities will always exist in crypto.
