What made you fall in love with crypto?

I think Crypto will get a place in the future so I chose Crypto as my investment.
Besides crypto is also very good for trading so I can get profits quickly even though it's not always big.
and besides being profitable. crypto also has the potential to be used like fiat, so I want to have it now.

I feel in love with crypto due to its anonymity, peer to peer transaction. I can have millions worth of crypto in my wallet with no one knowing it actually belongs to me and also I can transfer crypto to others with so much ease.

Unless you are using anonymity coins the truth is that even if no one knows that you are holding a huge amount of coins anyone can see the amount of coins that a particular address is holding, you are not as anonymous as you think you are and if by mistake you reveal your identity then everyone will know that address belongs to you, I am not trying to scare you I am just trying to prevent you and tell you that you are not as anonymous as you believe.

The option of gaining more value in long term had attracted myself. Yes, I love the concept of holding. Because, it will cause scarcity in supply which in most case is a good move, because traders will be pushed to set buy order at a very high price. Hodling our btc will cause a massive push in the price of bitcoin but I don't think it's realistic because the bitcoin market is a big one and you can't compel anyone to hodl his/her coin when they want to dump it.

The reason for falling in love with cryptocurrency is the price. I like the moment when the price of BTC grow over $20,000 and ETH grows over $1,000. No intermediary. Banks in my country have stopped supporting crypto related transactions, so we need to use p2p ways and sometimes p2p buyers craps on us. And we can't get help of regulatory bodies here, in crypto you make the transaction and done, you don't expect any support from anyone either. All on your own.

Crypto helps me a lot to move on from my ex (paypal). I used to be with paypal when shopping online but one day, it limited my account because i had no credit card to verify. It broke my heart but when i met crypto, i fell in love at first sight. Since then, i can buy things online with my dear crypto .
The online merchants that accept crypto may not as big as those that accept fiat but at least, some of my need can be bought with crypto.
