And I think that information about team is important for investors, because devs have reputation and it can be different..
Of course, it is important to know the reputation of the developer and their previous experience of participation in other projects.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

You are absolutely right. This is not critical. But desirable. I would like to see the list of the development team. Examine who they were and where they worked before they came to this project. All this gives me a picture of the prospects of this project. All the same, I'm going to invest my money here and I want to know who I give it to.
Of course, this is your legal right. But sometimes teams basically want to remain anonymous. Even the creator of Bitcoin remained anonymous. Therefore, I do not see anything wrong with that.

Now, anonymity loves a lot of people, because the world of technology and everything quickly evolves, and of course, hackers have become even more, you need to be careful

Of course, the future of the company depends on it, because experience provides knowledge, and knowledge can be applied in the development of a new project.

Perhaps it’s just not yet time for this, although it is possible at the very beginning to make posts with a photo of your team, but here it’s already a personal matter for each team.
In any case, if a team has malicious intent to deceive its investors, they will always find a way to do it. And it does not matter whether they posted their photos or not. Therefore, this is not the criterion on which you need to focus your attention.

Most of all I just want to read about their experience in other projects or what skills they have in the world of cryptocurrency
Experience of participation of developers in other projects can tell you about what results they have achieved in past projects and, accordingly, what are their prospects.

It is always good when there is access to information about the project and the team timely and regularly informs the community and investors about all the news of the project.

From this you can immediately draw conclusions, whether they were able to successfully develop projects or they stood in one place, and the fate of the new project at the design and promotion stage will make a lot of difference.

You should always follow the news of the project and, of course, developers should not forget to release updates, this is very important, it shows the result of the work.

Most likely they have, if an inexperienced team, then the result at the end can turn out to be of poor quality and in any case it is necessary to analyze the market of competitors well.
Competition in the market for the provision of exchange services is very high. One hope that they can offer some kind of unique and universal solution for their exchange and they will be noticed by users.
But there is still the fact that there are already a lot of projects on the market, that is, competitors, but in any case they give way to young people, because they may have new ideas and their own interesting features.
guys, you forget that this is a decentralized exchange.
There are no quality decentralized exchanges on the market at the moment.

Not saying that I like them very much, but IDEX or Forkdelta are reasonably good except for the fact that they often lack liquidity, but that is not a problem specific to the two exchanges mentioned, but to decentralized exchanges in general for several reasons.

For liquidity, the team on its part should simply connect its market maker. But given that this is not their best priority, then you can wait for this for a very long time.

And if you were a developer of a promising crypto project, would you like everyone to know about you? After all, any crypto project hypothetically has a chance to repeat the success of cryptocurrencies from the top rating and bring huge profits to its creators and investors. I think that people sometimes hide their names for fear of pressure, threats or blackmail.
It happens very often. Just for some reason people think that if someone wants to preserve their anonymity, then this is necessarily connected with some kind of crime. More often the opposite is true -anonymity is a way to avoid assassination or threats to your address.

I think that the situation with hacking exchanges of hackers will push many users to use decentralized exchanges. It seems to me that DEX is a very promising direction.

If any project team  want their token be listed on good exchanges, they need to make it popular and liquid

Usually if project is well organised, so team members are rather famous in crypto community or finance. I want to get as much information about RAIZER team. However, I haven’t found anything yet

There are some similar projects, but I don’t think that they will be more popular. It has some strong features

You're right! The presence or absence of photographs of the team is not a guarantee that the project is promising or fraudulent ... it's just an element of the site design.
So you want to say that everything keeps on trust? Although you should probably agree that you are right ... If someone wants to deceive you, then there are thousands of ways to do it. Therefore you have to either trust the projects or not to trust.

The desire of the team to remain anonymous does not mean that the team is a scammer or has conceived something bad ... people just care about their own safety or do not want to make their private life public.

Yeah, it is their own right to remain anonymous, but it causes harm to project advertisements. Because still biggest part of community members pay attention to information about team

I completely agree with your words, it is not worth making false conclusions about the team’s account, if there is an opportunity, they will tell about themselves
