Unfortunately, at the moment there is no such possibility, Bitcoin is not directly accepted. Still you can play online lottery with credit or debit cards so if you have Bitcoin debit card that would be one of the ways to spend Bitcoin on lottery. Gambling industry which is lottery too is.under pretry strong surveillance and regulations because of money laundering so this is probably one of the reasons why Bitcoin can't be used for that.

Indeed, although bitcoin is making very good developments in countries but only a few countries allow legal use of bitcoin and the scope is only a few specific areas, more accurately, payment or purchase of goods via bitcoin is not so common, so buying lottery tickets with bitcoin is probably not so many distributors accept, it is impossible to measure the value of bitcoin for each ticket. We can still use the indirect method as you said but I don't appreciate it, instead of that, I prefer to buy with cash, it will be faster

I am just curious to know if you can buy lottery tickets for your own national lottery in your country. I am not referring to all these scam gambling sites with supposed "Provably Fair" lottery systems. I bought some lottery tickets online and I was only presented with the old traditional payment options and I figured it is time for us to approach these Lottery operators, to ask for a Bitcoin payment option. If enough people ask for this, they just might consider giving us that option to pay with bitcoins. What payment options do you have for online lottery in your country? Unfortunately, we still don't have this kind of options in our country, we still buy our ticket to a nearby outlet, but we do have 3 Cryptocurrency exchange here, maybe in the future, it will be integrated, but people valued their privacy when buying a ticket online, they don't too many people knowing when they won the major prize.

Sad to say it has not been implemented in my country to accept cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin as payment to buy lottery tickets. Although I have an aunt who franchised a lotto ticketing booth and is fully aware of Bitcoin and some cryptocurrencies; she too is into trading and is willing to accept Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies for payment but the government won’t allow the mode of payment. So sometimes we just send her the payment through an app with some Bitcoins and pay her there instead of using cash.

I cant buy almost anything legal with bitcoin in my country
Sorry to intrude into your privacy, which country are you talking about because with the little that I know about cryptocurrency, you still cannot buy much with it because there are no much vendors or merchants that has integrated the payment system, we are just beginning to have few big merchants like newegg, shopify and some coffee shops using it around the world, so statement of buying things legal with bitcoin anywhere is strange to me. If that is true, then we have found satoshi, and satoshi must be the president of your country to have gotten that legal backing for everything to accept the payment of cryptocurrency. Before we would be able to attain that stage where we can buy everything legal will be when the government has passed it into law.

Unfortunately, the option of buying lottery tickets using bitcoin has yet to be introduced but there are merchants available online that accept bitcoin as an alternative payment for products/services. That alone is sufficient to say that the acceptance of bitcoin in our country is relatively fine considering the massive prohibitions done by other countries. Like what I mentioned above, our local exchange has merchants that accept bitcoin as an alternative payment for products/services. The beauty of our exchange stems from the options available as you can directly transfer your funds to your bank account!

Nah coz cryptocurrency is still not legalized here. But there is a facebook page on where you can bet and they will choose the result based on our lottery. Hopefully someday Bitcoin will be legal here so people here could enjoy the decentralization of crypto.

I have not yet found a single National Lottery that would offer the use of Bitcoin. But nevertheless, given the fact that there is no trust in the national lottery in my country, I would not want to risk cryptocurrency either. A completely different situation in civilized countries, such as the United States of America, where a simple American can win the national lottery.

Lottery system in our country is run by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO). It is a government branch that conducts lottery draws across the nation. As of now there are no options in the medium of payment for cryptocurrency but I do hope that one day there will be an online betting for lottery and they will accept bitcoin as a form of payment. But I dont know when that will happen since the use of cryptocurrency and bitcoin in our country is not that so famous.

in my country, I can only buy lottery using real money, and the results are paid in cash. in my opinion, your choice will be a good innovation so that bitcoin is increasingly known by the wider community. Unfortunately the lottery is a bet, so I don't agree with your thoughts. because if indeed bitcoin could be an alternative to buying a lottery, I'm worried people have negative thoughts, especially people who don't understand bitcoin yet. it could be people who don't understand about bitcoin, will say that bitcoin is a gambling tool. In my opinion there are still many other innovations, such as monthly bill payments using bitcoin or other innovations.

In my country, you can only invest in bitcoin with fiat currency after that you can do pretty much anything. You can't buy anything with bitcoin in my country actually. In fact, there is a very small number of people that know about bitcoin. Many of my people thought bitcoin is just a myth.

Our country is very accepting and is allowing us to use bitcoin m, in fact there small businesses like tech shops that has bitcoin as one of their payment option. We also have a big and well known online shop that also uses and accepts bitcoin as payment, but our national lottery doesn't support any option that involves bitcoin, not in a way that they are supressing players to use it, but its just that the idea hasn't been implemented yet depsite of the freedom to use bitcoin.

Not only can't I buy lottery tickets with bitcoin in my country (the U.S.), but there are very few shops/restaurants/anything that take bitcoin. I'm sure they exist, but not anywhere near me.
Lottery tickets are generally sold at convenience stores in my country and I'm almost certain none of them take bitcoin. There are also vending machines at the supermarket that sell all sorts of scratch off tickets, but they only accept cards and cash, no bitcoin.
Oddly enough there was some state or states that were going to start taking bitcoin as payment for taxes. One would think if the gov't was willing to do that, they could put a bitcoin payment option on one of those vending machines. That would seem like the perfect fit, wouldn't it? But I have yet to see any vending machine taking bitcoin.

It will start with the acceptance in the government first and if the government starts adopting bitcoin, then all good things will follow. Small and big merchants will start accepting bitcoin as a payment system.
