The event that we are experiencing right now is not a bull run and shouldnt be considered one because a real bull run must posses a major increase on the price of all coins .  so far i only see that btc is becoming stable and other cryptos didnt even recover  .  

majority of them are still stuck in the red zone  most especially the erc20 ( tokens )  

Bull run for all is surely possible but it takes some time to happen  .

Well don't look now lol. The price again just went below 4k and coming from 4.1 going down to 3.7k in a few hours, i don't think the bulls are at work here. Not by a long shot. You people are just positioning yourself for disappointment if you count on a bull run happening right now.

I don't see bears will last long in this market. the market moves very fast, see now that some assets survive after the decline, there is a high probability that the market will grow again. We can use these conditions to play on the market.

There are times also where bitcoin is in downtrend but several altcoins are up just like what happened during the 2017 bitcoin bullrun. Mainnets, upgrades and forks can drive the price of a coin up even the market is bearish or the bitcoin is down. So I don't believe in bullrun for all because a coin can still go into price correction even during a bitcoin rally.

Although there are still many processes that must be faced in the face of the current market situation, if many people expect the increase to occur in the near future, it is only the perspective of some people who are very optimistic and believe that market price movements will continue to increase sharply. but for now I think it's still too early if it can happen in the near future

The bull run will definitely not be for all, it depends on the altcoins, the project and the team managing, you might holding a coin with an abandoned project already which bll run will have no effect on, this bull run happening might be like the time of 2017 when suddenly some of my alcoin rose to 15000 usd from 2300 usd, only 12 coins out of the 55 coins I was holding then made this happen and you have to be very careful not to wait for those shitty coins to determine when to take your profit or not, this is based on personal experience, I failed to withdraw the 15000 usd while waiting for other coins too to rise, till the value went down again.

If there are strong rumours then this case is actual without any dependence from market climate. Bullrun will start with strong rumours and buying impulses will cover the bear traders for forcing them in order to exit from sell trading positions. Additional features will bring value to project and price  will reflect this changes on chart.

Right mate, almost all the altcoins has drastically decreased to a very low price which is disheartening and I am sure most of these small altcoins has already been abandoned by the project owner. So, I don’t expect some of these altcoins to ever rise again except the major ones in the market.

Buying these major altcoins is quite still the best though they might be expensive buy but at least still better to HOLD than a lot of shitty altcoins out there that bull run or no bull run, they remain static.

there is no problem with the expectation but we can do only guessing about the future but we cannot issued to anyone this will be happen to the Future so wait for that and make it useful because the opportunities will not came to an egg once again like we are expecting so do it useful when its comes.

Bitcoin is dominating this market so we can expect that altcoins will just follow the BTC price trend.
Like when there was a bull run in 2017, when BTC reached almost $20K, altcoins has better increase compared to BTC but it would not happen if BTC did not pump.

It has been seen overtime that when bitcoin is either affected positively or negatively, other altcoins are seen to be affected likewise. It was also noticed that most altcoins attained higher highs when the market was up. So, i think the anticipated bull run will affect altcoins as well.
