Not clear what you mean by other wallet. The bull run when it starts will take the entire crypto market and most altcoins higher. But note that some  weak, scam or bottom ranked altcoins could die even in a bull run. Hence it is important to be well-diversified and hold plenty of top coins.

We can only guess that when the bull run come, it will be similar to the previous one from year 2017, so the prices of all cryptocurrencies will start to grow regardless of what the wallet has (from what platforms they are).

no i think this is not Bullrun for cryptocurrency, this is just a bounce in market and maybe in nearly time the price are going down again, because still not stable for now

During the last years bull run the price grew all of a sudden, and when this happened automatically majority of the altcoins grew following bitcoin. We cannot expect the same on every bull run, and in this way the following bull run mostly happen same as the previous bull run. Whenever there is a variation in the price of bitcoin upwards or downwards it is getting deflected into most coins.

During the bull run of cryptocurrency, the prices of all coins increase. However, due to the fact that the current bear market is really very long and deep, many of the projects unfortunately will not rise again from such a large drop. It mainly depends on the potential of the project, the strength of the community and, of course, the developers.

The general sentiment is that the marketcap of crypto as a whole will improve this year, but obviously this is by no means guaranteed.
As for whether all coins will increase - the answer is a clear 'no'. There will always be winners and losers in any market, and crypto is the same. Some projects are good, and their coins will do well. Some are weak, and will fail. The trick is in identifying the good ones.

If we were to see a bull run thanks to Bitcoin rising in value and the market followin the same pattern, then yes, you could expect the same uptrend in pretty much the entire market. It's worth mentioning that sometimes we get to see an altcoin cycle, where alts tend to go up while btc either stagnates or doesn't go up as much as altcoins, but given the current state of the market, it's very unlikely that we'll see an altcoin cyce anytime soon, it's all about waiting for Bitcoin to start going up to trugger an uptrend in the market.

Well market will definitely take turn and we will see bulls back sooner or later but no one can tell exact time. Secondly bulls are not for specific coins real bull run is indicated by massive increase in market volume that spreads across most of the coins resulting in increase in value. Lets hope next bull run will stay for months just like we have seen extended bears.

Bullrun is for any good coin outta here. Whatever your wallet as long as it's a good coin and it has already traded in the various exchange and that will able to get the bullrun. The bullrun will not see what kind of your wallet. That will be seeing the fundamental as the main factors.

When the bull-run occurs it usually affects the whole market but it always starts with Bitcoin bull-run and then all will follow also it is proper to mention that this does not necessary means that 100% of all the coins/tokens will follow there might be some coins/tokens usually the shitty one will be left behind because people will for sure start to pump their money into the solid coins first.

It's not for all altcoins, first it will be for bitcoin. If bitcoin goes on bull run, it's supporting altcoins will go with the path. But the opposite reaction of this, there will be some altcoins that will never recover when that comes.

The bull run is on the card, Form the past few days BTC is preparing for a bull run and a slight upward trend was shown in the past few hours. I think somewhere in March 2019, the price will go past $6k. And as far as other cryptocurrencies are concerned their bull run is also expected.

That is truth.  Some coins are going to died down and we should understand that most of the coins at the bottom has been abandoned by the developers.  Cryptocurrencies market will soon witnessed bull run and investing into those top coins will help you make money in future.
