The CEO are supporting to Ministry of Justice for create the rules for crypto and blockchain values by exchange platform. That's a huge sum! Meaning they already got half of their softcap!
But i don't  really understand the reason why they needs this much amount of money to build the Exchange?

The money is not solely for building the website, there are other vital structures that needs to set up, and employees benefits also needs to be taken int consideration. If they are to set up a good structure which would stand the test of time, then I don't think the amount is outrageous.
