No funds no project idea makes me sick and tired of ICO ,I never like the idea right from the beginning ,why? Well to me if you are the owner of your business or company and you have struggled a lot to build it you won't dare want to let go or see it crumbled and fail,this is not present in ICO cases ,ICO is just like "oh if not much funds then I will back off and reopen another project maybe we can reach the hard cap" ,well if every developers are the ones funding there projects they will be more serious to make it a successful one,the easy safe path of backing out if hardcap is never achieved makes it feel easy for every one especially the scammers, I'm not been heartless ,if you don't have money to fund your project just don't bother ,many coins out there have no ICO ,no premine ,no bullshit with fine price per coin ,they never want any funds ,coins like masari ,Loki,haven project, dero rely on nobody fund yet they perform better than hundreds of ICO.

Maybe old trend will be back when there are no ICOs and market can easily listed coin in their list. I talk about coin and not a tokens, even i am bounty hunter and wear signature campaign from a token, maybe i will glad if market back like in past.

With so much ICO competition at the moment, What makes the ICO fail a lot and does not reach their sales targets. This is unique from ICO. Indeed ICO is full of risks but I see that there are still many investors investing in ICO. For investors who invest in scam projects. All of that is actually a personal mistake of each person. I don't deny that nowadays ICO is like what you say but we must be more lenient on some ICO it is like teenagers doing a start up but in the end the idea cannot work out and they cannot do anything about it. For those without the need of funds from the public they might already have a strong figure behind them for support which we does not know.

No one force people to join in the ICO and when you want to join with the ICO, you need to find out about the project. For example, you need to find out who is behind the project, what is their experiences in the cryptocurrency, what project they are involved in the past so you can decide to join or not so you can know what the benefits of the project. But you don't have to get confused if you cannot find one project because right now, the ICO itself is hard to survive in the market.

ICO investment is not right to think of as short-term investment. In particular, the sales of ICO teams with special bonuses with high bonuses create price pressure. As such, the small investor who invests in ICO is under the influence of FUD.

I'm sure you will profit in the long run if you pay attention to the right timing and correct investment. But always pay attention to SCAM projects.

Its our choice whether to participate on ICO’s or not. There are some ICO that is not worth it, but still many greedy people participate on that and invest some money then if they got scammed or there’s a delay on the project they will blame the team. Anyway its normal to act like this but if you don’t want to experience this better to invest on bitcoin.

That is right no one can force people to invest to ICO it's their choice if they are going to invest their money to ICO they need to take a risk to know what is the end if you are going to grow your money. Better for to the people who are really scared to investing to ICO is to buy altcoins and selling it to make more profut if the coun that you have increase the value very high and it's good.

well,hard cap or not is no matter,that why they have soft cap to starting the project,also if they have unsold token,the better choice is they must burn it,well the problem about it is of course is ico it self,since too many ico coming than investor come make this like a collapse,People A joined some ico as a investor then find some ico after the first ico end, he quickly selling then joined the next ico,also fake ico make it more bad. but well, we on ERA of ICO right now, and u take a part of it,so just choose what u think good. i also tired with ICO btw,but well, free money as a bounty hunter still have some interest thing.

I read through this post and smiled. Reason being that I've been a victim of scam ICOs and right now before I dare buy into any ICO, I must have done several research and made sure the project has a great team and good backings, if not count me out. Most team members are interested in the funds and not the actual project development.
