Your attitude means nothing against this market, what it matters is what skills you have that can give you profits, every day there are many people that have the right attitude and are looking for a way to make profits by trading that lose everything because they did not had the right skills to make the money they wanted, even if you practice holding your coins instead of trading you still need the ability of being patient even under the most difficult circumstances.

For the past months I’m too depressed about my losses since I came in this market unprepared. I try not to be active but the market looks inviting me again to be more responsible for what I’ve done and to do better this time.

Bitcoin started to pump slowly, though its not enough to get back my losses but I think there’s a reason why I should stay. I know I’m not the only one here who lose money but still trying to do their best to have some profit. Thank you to this forum, i was able to rise again and this time I will believe more on the future of bitcoin! Continue to hold!

I was working for cryptocurrencies and I started to do so during Spring 2018. You can realize that it was disastrous for me because I didn't exchange my compensation for fiat currency and I have suffered big losses in terms of real money.
I was prepared for that and I do not panic. I wait for the rise to continue my investing activity.

Bitcoin will definitely increase again, in my opinion one certainty. The problem is when and how much it increases, which must be analyzed in order to predict the expected level of profit.

If you want to recover your losses in both trading and gambling you need to control your self as what I see you are too excited to make profit, first learn how to win trade and avoid gambling because is too risk, regarding to bitcoin it will surely increased in the future maybe a 2020 halving will gives a big impact to both investor and miners.

In fact, the price of $4,000 is still very little compared to the last ATH. It is more important that the situation stabilizes and the price has started to increase steadily and naturally with the development of projects.

It might be hard to achieve a new ATH but price should recover.
$4,000 is already a good price as it was due to recovery, we hit the bottomed (hopefully) and we will start to slowly rising, slow but steady is good
rather than a sudden price soar then it will be dump right after, this kind of price movement hurts us.

I also think that a very fast price increase at this moment would end with even greater drop. Sooner or later we will see new ATH, unless in the meantime someone finds a better technology than a blockchain, and I doubt it very much ... certainly not within a few years.

First of all, your first mistake that made you lose of 2000$ was that, you came unprepared to this world.
I mean seriously before investing 2000$(which is a pretty big amount) you need to do atleast some research dude.
I would suggest you that, before investing in any coin you would have tracked it's ups and downs , i mean growth. It would have saved yoy from a big loss.
You could have also Searched in YouTube about some tips and tricks for Gambling. This would surely prevented you from getting so much loss.

But now as you are waiting for Bitcoins to rise, i wish it will soon. Like you many other traders are also holding their coins in order to sell it in high price.

I think the current condition of the cryptocurrency price still can't improve because the price of bitcoin at the exchange is still falling by more than 50%, the condition of the cryptocurrency can be improved when prices have recovered at least the price of bitcoin at $10k.

Not sure but opinions are counted towards this journey of waiting, the value of bitcoin still down from it's last time high but still better coming from it's introductory value, so it will only depends on the persons/investors points of view on how they will interpret the current trends, chances to rise is always there as many speculators are just waiting around, big news and progress updates will bring new movements and bring attractive run.

Those that buy bitcoin in 2016 and are still holding it have makes serious profit if they are still holding and if they are opportune to sell 2017 has really make serious profits then.  Even at the current price bitcoin is still doing very well compared to what was happening then in 2016.

Back in 2016, we were all very happy that there are quite a lot of resources on the network that used Bitcoin to pay for services and to buy goods. I would like this development trend of using Bitcoin to continue today. This would really change the cryptocurrency market for the better.
