Dear community, today I would like to share my experience with Bitstarz Casino.

First of all, I would like to warn you about this casino, this casino is based on fraud!

You now hear my personal story.

I started playing at Bitstarz about 3 months ago. I lost a few bitcoin and never took a profit.

https://steemitimages.com/p/qjrE4yyfw5pEPvDbJDzhdNXM7mjt1tbr2kM3X28F6SraZjinB5abjLBVd5QQ3g7FCBZ876vybsaQ5qw1rwkSHrYEarNUxU4aeUH6hpuBFqSGQzzRo7DryCqk?format=match&mode=fit&width=640

Now I wanted to play a bit at Bitstarz Casino but again I lost 1 Bitcoin from the 2 Bitcoin I had deposited.

I now wanted to pay off my Bitcoin, of course, and then my personal fraud martyr began with Bitstarz Casino.

https://steemitimages.com/p/qjrE4yyfw5pEPvDbJDzhdNXM7mjt1tbr2kM3X28F6SraZePpRLqXhUwrnmXaCU2FSAwdoViAAYxXzDJEMS39vH8JBZB1UC6dXwCcMtcA4ufRQbw4DS24aqBk?format=match&mode=fit&width=640

I was asked to verify myself and did so, I uploaded my passport as intended, as did my bank statements from Deutsche Sparkasse. My address, of course, is available on the bank extract.

The casino staff began to be humiliated.
Now this casino wanted to know where I got the bitcoins from. Yes, the casino actually insisted that I disclose my earnings where the bitcoins come from. I did that too. After asking again what was now with my payment, I was told to take a daily newspaper and write the name of the casino Bitstarz on it. I did and I also made a video where I held the daily newspaper and said my name and said this is for verification for the Bitstarz casino. I should have been aware that everything belongs to the Bitstarz fraud scheme.

Now of course I thought I did everything possible, including live video. However, the nightmare should catch up with me when I reported 15 hours later and asked what about my verification.

https://steemitimages.com/p/qjrE4yyfw5pEPvDbJDzhdNXM7mjt1tbr2kM3X28F6SraZfXDeYBfPR1SNL3vvFbKdBXbdn4yvdQHPYrbJjpg9v56cy7LkzwK6gGdGfUyUdxUbcW2ckjFscdc?format=match&mode=fit&width=640

The casino then asked me in Live Support where I was up to date, I said where I was in Berlin, and then I was told to buy a newspaper and take a picture with it.

It is now finally clear to me that I will never see my bitcoins again and Bitstarz does everything again and again and there are hundreds of injured people in front of me see links.

Now I would like to warn others that they should avoid this Bitstarz Casino, because their Bitcoins then fell victim to the Bitstarz Casino fraud.
Like me and hundreds of others who, despite full verification with passport statements and disclosure of where their player deposits come from, can also be photographed with daily newspapers, never get their bitcoins again.

It was definitely a lesson that I first ask Google about fraud cases like Bitstarz and only then deposit.

I wish you a nice day

Your complaint was rejected for the following reasons:

When reviewing your complaint, the AskGamblers complaints team has concluded that your claim is invalid. We understand your frustration and disappointment in the circumstances, of course, but please keep in mind that every online casino has the right to determine its own testing policies and procedures for its customers based on the requirements of their license agreement. Unfortunately, the AskGamblers complaints team has no control over such an audit policy. In addition, the respective test procedure and all necessary documents are properly set out and explained in the casino terms and conditions which you have agreed to and which you accepted when registering with this operator. Therefore, you are required to follow these rules and work with the casino team to ensure that your account is properly checked regardless of whether you consider the verification process to be fair or strict enough.

The AskGamblers complaints team strongly advises you to contact the respective casino team and provide ALL required documents as soon as possible OR submit your problem to the relevant regulatory authority, which is the only authorized authority able to address the relevant testing procedures and guidelines that the Casino applies to influence.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@askgamblers.com. More information about the complaints service.

Crazy to come back and see & hear how many people still got ripped off by that scam casino, but again it's our faults & we shouldn't be gambling our money on any type of casino online/offline purple crazy doesn't matter invest that money in something that has a good potential because this gambling shit made me homicidal and suicidal at the same time, depressed to shit, in a bit I was gone take a flight and blow the owners head of that casino off, but again it is what it is, move on & learn from mistakes
