I think it will be happened in sometimes because the frauds always makes a promotions more good but at the end only we can see the results and that is something mistakes will happen to us will realise at the end only so following some regulations will prevent from this type of things to happen for us.

It is highly sad that you think fraud is bitcoin or blockchain problem. Do you think fraud and scammers came to life in 2008? There has been a lot of scams in fiat as well and comparatively speaking there is more fraud going on in the world right now done via fiat than crypto. The only difference in the world of crypto is that you can't take the money back and if the person who scammed you is anon you do not have much to go on with and just face the fact you are not getting the money back however looking at the world that is at least cutting the loss quickly.

I would take an example from government sectors. Take a serious look at current gvt leaders. I accept the fact we do have leaders who deserve hats off salutes. This is more of social question, why people scam and fraud each others. What mechanisms needs to be created to stop people from cheating? We are tired from governments cause they are the biggest scammers, and how can we have healthy society when the ones who are in charge are the biggest scammers, liars, cheaters? So preventing the fraud needs to be cut from the source, and source are people, we need healthy society and we need to work on that. I half-hearted with having regulation by the government, probably more corrupt politics will ride on that. The best thing I guess is the ICO having filtrations of their project come. They must have an investigation or something requirements before the project can launch. And that case it will lessen the number of scam and fraud project.

The situation is really complex than it seems.I have realised that sometimes it is still not easy to identify  scam projects after doing your own background research. Fraudsters are becoming more intelligent and meticulous in their dealings lately. Interestingly enough you may assume that a project is a scam meanwhile it is genuine in reality.

Really very complex bro. Most genuine projects out of fear has been mistaken or taken for scam. This is because the scammers have now become too good and they look so genuine most times.But ill personally prefer to miss it than to be scammed.
This is the reason the poster has taken his time to explain how to quickly identify a scam project when you see one, Though this doesn’t give guarantee that we can’t be scammed.

But one thing is to research if someone is offering you if you think its not good just keep open you eyes wide and talk to others if they think is fraud stop or dont join .
