I'm not expecting any bullrun like the one that happened in 2017 but only minor rise in prices. There is still no clear sign of bitcoin going bullrun this year and there is no strong support coming from the sources that may possibly start it. I believe bullrun will happen if there are significant development realed to the bitcoin itself like the anticipated halving year. According to But their analyst names are 2016 and 2017, this is the time for popularizing cryptocurrency and increasing capital in certain areas.
