You've got a good point here, giving up is never the thing. I notices those people pulling bad comments about the whole thing are also not ready to give up on it, but as soon as frustration comes in you say what you are not meant to say, some of them probably lost a lot of money that's why. Good luck, hope you will regain any previous loses, remember that it is in general better to diversify the investment.
Maybe try to look for something cheaper as well, just in case.
On the other hand, persistence may easily turn in to compulsive investments and those, just like in gambling are usually harmful.
One needs to know when to stop eventually. It dosn't mean giving up, it's being reasonable.

Every people have their own belief and most people difficult to believe on crypto because of it's volatile value.
For me it's reasonable and understanable , every people have their own choice, don't they ?

At least I keep believing on crypto until now ! ( include ETH ,TEN, & BCH )

I'm sick and tired of negative thoughts people are passing unto each other of here and believe me that won't help anybody ,infact its an act of discouragement which s not needed at all as an investor

- in the past I started with faucet ,yes you heard me right,I never had cash to buy coins so I kept gathering SATs through faucets and at that time bitcoin was at 1000+ per one so faucets payout was still very good and I did this for several months till 2017 bullrun and I make good profit through faucets ,why I'm sharing this is

+Sometimes you have to stay positive to achieve aims,neglect the negative thoughts ,I was in a very bad shape then and today I'm glad I'm able to have good big portfolio but LOOK WHERE I START FROM ,bounties and airdrops don't pay like in the past they say ,does that mean THEY WILL NEVER PAY AGAIN? What have you learned to be able to SPOT GOOD projects ?

-I won't give up because good things don't come easily ,just don't expect that you will make thousands of money as if money falls from the sky ,accept the challenges and you will get better than yesterday.

-people are saying ICOS are bad they don't pay ,same to airdrops too ,please kindly look at the profile of those spreading this news they still have SiGNATURES on there profiles means they don't give up ,you shouldn't too ,believe that things will get better with time and make yourself a better person than yesterday

-Scammers are making almost all ICO looks bad I accept but if we extract the scammers as if they never exist what about market condition? We can't do anything about it as it will take time to recover ,please let's not be weaklings ,let's stay strong ,keep patience alive and keep learning so we can get better at spoting good projects ,thank you.

People find it hard to accept changes. The blockchain industry or cryptocurrency space is evolving and people are beginning to take the time to learn about the industry. Giving up on something is never being the option left with the whole situation crypto is right now. But the main reason most people give up is that they have lost more than they expected, cryptocurrency last year has never been good to people at all.

This indeed a word of encouragement by the OP to back up his statement a lot of investors kept faith with bitcoin when its was at 1btc to $1 while a lot people had written off bitcoin as a worthless coin which would not survive a test of time in the long run investors who patiently hodl on their coin till 2017 bull runs made a fortune after making a massive profits if those investors wouldn't give up I am also encouraged to hold on and persevere.

Well said! Nothing to add here to tell the truth. Just want to emphasize the importance of being positive and hoping for the better. Such an attitude can really change the things and can give all of us only the understanding and importance of patience, tolerance and cold mind. The market always rewards the most patient ones so  hodl your crypto and believe in its bright future and then everything will turn out to be exactly so.

I also started with Faucets and paying apps,
Some of my friends laugh at me because for them I was just wasting my time,
But I just ignore them I found out about this forum and learn a lot and manage to earn ,
And when they see how much I am earning they come to me and ask to teach them about Bitcoin.
