Remove avatars of banned members

You remind me what made me shock on 1st of April last year.
It's a big shock for me after the merit system launch in January of 2018.
Last year, I felt like, "OMG, merits, karma, politeness, etc. All of them will ruin my life".

Because, without specific indicative avatar like this, it will be a trick for new users.
They don't have enough knowledge about the forum to know that those accounts got banned or not.

I mean, my image suggestion wasn't obviously 100% serious(but I'm definitely 100% for placing a "banned" avatar). But what's so tricky about it that people need knowledge to understand it? The word "banned" is written on the hammer;  heavily implying that the user was hit by a "banhammer".

Reasons are likely only admins or global moderators are able to do permanent bans or uplift permanent bans. They are too busy to check reports from moderators, implement permanent bans; check ban appeals, uplift permanent bans, then add text of signature bans. It will burry them with huge workloads if there are unnecessary tasks to remove avatars of banned users. If theymos won't code something to do this, it will be unrealistic thing to do.

That's time consuming, there are hundreds of accounts that needs banning, and the mods have to click many times in the profile,the Ctrl+ A, C, V, Tab few times if we need to do that...

Automatic tools were meant, of course. Removing avatars of banned members should be simple as a disabling signatures.

It will burry them with huge workloads if there are unnecessary tasks to remove avatars of banned users.

A significant part of such avatars are ads of outdated ICO's, they often contain annoying animated images, and I believe they are littering the forum.

We have 5 or 6 accounts banned/temp-banned that are still wearing Bestmixer avatars.

Perhaps it is not a bad idea to at least remove those after all their mixer was seized by the Dutch authorities.

I don't believe they are interested in some random people on a forum advertising but still...as precautionary measure remove those avatars.

I don't see anything wrong if someone wear avatar of Bestmixer or any companies here. Best Mixer, was one of biggest mixer services for years, and they did not dissapear just after a click of mouse to wipe out their site and their platform. In addition, I don't see potential troubles for users whom still wear Best Mixer avatars, no matter what they are active users or permanent banned users.
However, if avatars of permanent banned users won't be automatically removed. Why not allow permanent banned users rights to take their avatars off? I am not sure that currently those perm-banned users can do this or not (guess not).

      I'm not sure if avatar functionality is disabled or not. However, a crafty person could attempt to use avatars to convey messages, which would be a work around to the posting ban.

Yes, I am a sutpid guy.  
But, what's wrong? a Newbie with only two posts so far, and the time gap between two post is nearly one year, jumped in Meta, in the topic, and say aggressive words.
If wearing signature of Best Mixer or any kind of shut-down sites are risky for the forum, admin would have definitely done something to wipe out Best Mixer avatar or signature days ago. It is not my or your role to say about that.
In a nutshell, there is nothing happened, and even no warning about this, I think it is safe to wear signature or avatar of Best Mixer if users want. Nevertheless, it is a bit nonsense to do it.
