Mobile or card ?

Me be more comfortable using the card. This is a more common form of payment for many people and I think that almost everyone will agree with this option.

And will people spend crypto or fiat?
I mean, is it a card like the ones already available where people convert from the app Bitcoin/crypto into fiat and the fiat will top up the actual pre-paid card?

I think that the NFC debit card will be more used, since not everybody have NFC at the phone, or prefer not to use phone's NFC.
But it also depends on the price of the actual plastic card ( + delivery ).

So for our mobile wallet and card it will automatically take the crypto and convert it to say USD, and there are a few routes that can be taken for this, the most reliable and cost effective way will win. Also its just an OTA update (PoS machine connected to network 24/7) ... same as a plugin/addon, no need of having to pitch individual merchants into "signing up" or creating a wallet for them, or needing them to purchase a proprietary additional PoS merchant system like some in development are doing.

Btw if card is already NFC, you can create special app and let customers to add this card in their phone and with phones which have support of NFC will br able to pay with it just like card through special app. Also not only smartphone but nowdays NFC payments by smartwatches like fitbit versa and etc are becoming popular. So in reality we don't have to make choice, you can give NFC debit card and open access to all other gates.

I know personally i would definitely use my mobile more, but i often run out of battery, even tho P20 Pro has pretty decent battery, so for instances like this or shop not having POS terminal which is common for a lot of shops here stilll, I would need a Card for this situation so i would need both i would just have mobile as top preference.

For a long time, people have been waiting for the implementation of such projects, but due to a fairly strong regulation, developers are not able to enter the global market. I hope that in 2019 we will see something similar.

Wouldn't people prefer NFC mobile wallets by default? You know, people carry their phones with them every time, so why not integrate the whole card system to the phone? It would also help people to keep their funds secured if they carry it on a phone instead of keeping a card in the wallet. More security and easy to use. I don't see any bad side of having an NFC mobile wallet.

At the moment, I prefer the NFC debit card, but I am sure that soon the NFC mobile wallet will take the full place of the debit card. But in modern realities debit card is still more relevant.

I like the debit card more. But the mobile wallet is much more convenient. So I give my vote for a mobile wallet.

Mobile wallet and debit card both were good and it is a must in the growing cryptocurrency network. If it is card, surely it'll be levied with increased transaction fee, the same with mobile wallet gets lot of access and gets limited transaction fee. Upon that I go with mobile wallet as preferred by the above mate.

I like cards more than mobile because it is better and not difficult to stay swiped or ditap if you use mobile you have to log in or else so, I think using a card is easier and simpler and many people will like it, but if it's mobile it's okay - what many people who use it now are especially those who don't want to be complicated.

Through mobile will be more convenient because the valuable currencies are available in that format to spend only the tokens coming in the different format to spend but sadly they are not getting any real value in long term.

I don't see why both options can't be used. I have a feeling credit or debit cards aren't going anywhere any time soon, so a card backed by crypto intrigues me. Both a mobile wallet and a physical card can be linked to the same account. Then again, technology can be somewhat unpredictable, so maybe one of these will lose and eventually become obsolete.

For me, I think I would prefer the NFC Debit Card over the other because through this medium I should be able to wire funds out and also cash out with the ATM machine (fiat) to spend physical money.

more than 80% of people around the world cannot escape from their mobile phones. while the card, someone can forget and not be available quickly for transactions. I prefer mobile phones.faster, practical, and always in my hands.

I think both is better to have at hand, so that whichever one is convenient to use at a particular time can be used, what if you need to make a transaction in the absence of phone or you do a job that requires you travelling out a lot and not everywhere you go you have internet coverage to be able to access your mobile wallet while Means of POS is available.

Using the normal FIAT operation as an example, I have my mobile wallet while at the same time have my debit card, my mobile wallet disappointed me today as a result of poor network service when I needed it urgently, I had to rush out to go make use of my debit card.

Well, not everyone uses a mobile that can take applications, so it will be better to have an NFC debit card just like the way we hold our normal FIAT which is virtually accessible by everyone and easy to carry about.

Though NFC mobile wallet might be easier to use and easily recovered than debit card, you know anything debit card requires lots of processes to acquire than a mobile debit card, so both of them have their own advantage and disadvantage, in a case like this, it is better to have the 2 in place.

I prefer using my debit card because it's easy to transact in our traditional shops. Mobile wallet will do but here in my country, it is seldom used because people are not that familiar of using mobile wallets.
