Its great to inform new investors about this type or market,i know some people who gone crazy when they lose huge amounto of money back in 2017-2018 and still havent recover yet and officially lost it all because they panic and sold their holds due to this bear market they know nothing about this type of situation/season on bitcoin community

there are a lot of investors who are desperate and leave crypto because they do not know the basic crypto trading fundamentals, the more panic sell, the greater the rate of decline in prices obtained and the price follows where the sellers and buyers go the cheaper the bear the more the market
but for those who persevere and learn how to reduce losses and create opportunities they will be the winners

Having bear market is normal it will not forever we don't need to stress to much ourselves because of bear market there's so many ways to make ourselves busy in crypto. It's normal that we experience the bear market because crypto market is so volatile. So don't be so confused and continue what you doing in crypto, make yourself busy don't focus in bearish market.

But it turns difficult when we see the market grows like this and it looks like we need to extend our patient before we finally get our money back. Though we saw some possibilities that bull run will come this year but I've never know it could be enough to cover those losses if price won't be at $20k again. It is still a loss us.

I completely agree with you that bear market can bring us opportunity to buy coins, but rarely do members here lead a positive thinking like that even me. Personally i've found the major reason why i've always losed my patience and then immediately be stuck in panic moment whenether facing the falling, that is because i put too much expectation when i'm in bull market, and almost never make a previous plan for the bear one. Therefore, when the price had been consecutive decreased, i always felt panic and stressed. Probably i am reinventing myself to get rid of this negative emtion like this.

The bear market will not affect me because I am not too focused on paying attention to the market because I make cryptocurrency or bitcoin a side income or additional that I think is quite promising because I focus more on real work that is more important in my opinion.
and most importantly I will sell it when the price goes up and matches what I want, and if the price is still low I will leave it and I will hold it until the market rises again even though I have to wait long.

I have never been worried about the bear market that we found ourselves in as most crypto noobs are. I don't blame most of them actually, I guess they invested into bitcoin thinking they could make huge profits within the shortest possible time. Little did they know that bitcoin is a long term investment and they will need to be patient if they wish to earn massively from bitcoin investment.

Since you have experience and maybe you even bought at a good price then it is understandable that you are not worried but many people bought close to the all time high and even this slight recovery is not doing much to offset their losses, it is obvious they should have known better and should have waited until the price crashed but at that time they were affected by the fear of missing out on big profits and that is something that happens even to very experimented traders.

However I am like you I am not worried about this bear market, I will admit that even if I knew that I needed to wait a lot of time to see a new bull market it is getting difficult to keep calm about the slow recovery we are seeing.

Exactly. There's still light at the end of the tunnel in all of this. But still, many people are disappointed since they're looking at getting rich quick without effort. In crypto land, it takes time and patience to be able to obtain positive results over your investment. While it's true that volatility could make our investment become worthless, it could be vice-versa as well. This brings us a huge opportunity to expand our capital, since it's easier to buy low and sell high than in the traditional stock market. There are even PoS cryptocurrencies which reward you by hodling them in your wallet with minimal effort.

Which means, that if you buy crypto when prices are down, you could greatly benefit in the next bull market. Knowing that, one way or the other crypto will rise in price, should be more than enough to lift your emotions instead of becoming stressed in a bear market. Just my thoughts

This year is a complete opposite of last year, I just hope.

The signs are good and bitcoin has explode once reaching the price to $5,000, now trading at $5200+ and that price is really good considering bitcoin has increase substantially over a short period of time only. There was a dump like everyone is expecting, but bitcoin is strong enough to recover, those are signs that bitcoin is not easily dump anymore, it will recover faster and will remain stable until major resistance will be broken.
