We already have a lot of decentralized exchanges in existence for years now, one of it is etherdelta which was the platform approved by ethereum to list tokens, then we saw another dev who forked the etherdelta github since it is open source and created their own decentralized exchange called forkdelta which is just same as etherdelta with a little bit of upgrade. Though for the simple part, most dex exchange are not really easy to make use of.
