I don’t think Ethereum growth is completely dependent on increase in Bitcoin price though it could have one or two effects on it but not a major one, most of them are being affected by the bearish market and I think the problem of the bearish market generally is the low investors turn out.

We just need more investors to come into the market generally and ethereum hopes that when a major investors choose to enter the crypto currency market, see Ethereum as choice of currency to invest in, so they need to keep doing more work in order to entice investors just like Binance is doing.
