Hi cryptonias I have a friend who is very worried about his portfolio because since 2017 he haven't been able to make huge profit out of crypto cos he has no money to invest and i told him to joined airdrop and bounties ,his worries now is all his coins and tokens are not popular ones  this is his list
1)Apollo currency
2)electroneum
3)senno
4)slate currency
5)avinoc
6)snapparrazi 
Etc all this are make from airdrops and bounties and the highest ones are around 50$ presently the rest are 30$ down ,what kinda advice should I pass onto him?

If you are doing bounties from 2017, you should have an experience of huge reward, because bounties was very much worth at 2017.
I wonder if your friend really doing bounties since 2017. All of their token / coins he got, seems like only worthless coins.
Airdrops and bounties are not profitable for now, the differences just too far from the bull market in 2017.

Well, if you got it from the bounty and airdrop it certainly does not sell these coins , wait for the market to reverse and then sell , I don't think you 30$, these will greatly change your life at the moment

All the coins listed above electroneum is still the one I know and I think that is a very good project however I think if the rest has been shit coins he should sell them off and use the money to buy something that has good market value and this currently within the top 50 or top 20 cryptocurrency on the coin market cap this will be a better guarantee for his money rather than some cheat coins that may or may not increase in value with time.

if there is an opportunity on one of the coins he holds so far and can reach $ 50 again, then as soon as possible he can convert to potential coin types such as bitcoin or ethereum so that it can be used as a long-term investment, because bitcoin and ethereum are trusted by many people, will have very valuable value in the future. He can hold another type of token to hold, to fill his empty wallet or use as a collection of several types of coins in the storage wallet he uses. maybe in the next few years shitcoin will be one type of coin that has valuable value in the future

Thing is, before these tokens reach a good price, team would have abandoned the project and he will just become a bagholder. But yeah, $30 is not much so it's just better to hold them and hope for the best.

Hold or regret it, some people have sold their coins when it was reached the bottom price and then they are regretting it right now after seeing the price of ethereum was going up gradually. Just hold it and everything will be fine as long as that guy can be patience.

usually unpopular coins have a stable price movement on the condition that the team is serious about developing their project, but different from the list of portfolio your friends look so foreign to my ears. maybe it's better to save it for the next few years than sell it doesn't have a high price. and one more do not focus too much on the portfolio, continue other things that can produce.

Probably all shitcoins, just dump them and I believe you're gonna get around 100-150$ and buy yourself an ethereum. I believe it will be more profitable.

He has missed the point where he should have taken some profits the best advice to him now is either sell or wait it out. Thank goodness he didn't invest his funds in the said tokens its only rewards for his promotion so he can endure the decline and hope trend reverses soon enough.

The OP listed 6 coins that are totally  unknown to me and hope from everybody of this forum. Now a days most of the bounties are worthless because after finishing ICO they don't list the coin/token in the exchange. At last  no value  remain after hard work. And Most of the AIRDROP now is collecting   personal information  from the people by launch a fake/scam airdrop. Anyway My advice is  try to avoid scam bounty and airdrop by search on  Google that are legit or fake. Make sure before join that have any open scam accution or not.

I think low valued coins or tokens should be hold for future investments. Because if you believe in the good crypto market in the future, you should be holding now your low valued tokens because when the bull run comes you can actually sell it for about ten times its value from now. Just believe and relax now is the time to hold.

Asides from electroneum,  the rest are nothing to write home about,  dump them if they still exist and get good stable coins,  you probably got them from bounties or airdrop,  so it's free,  sell them off and buy good coins,  so many of these shirts coins,  just moon for a short period and if you miss it,  then no point holding.  Just dump and move on.

Agree, better holding main cryptocurrency like bitcoin or ethereum for long term. Holding altcoin very risky because sometimes its just pump and dump project. Beside that, most altcoin dont have good liquidity

many airdrops are coming out and very large allocations are allocated for airdrops and too much token is given but it does not follow the price being listed on an exchanger because of the dumpers so it's a bit lousy to blame that but do not lose hope that free airdrops only fill you up with form of other airdrops because it's too big to distribute and others are scams that can also be wary of airdrops because it is not legit that others will hit the accounts due to airdrops because other forms require the privite key so be careful with the same.

Sad for your friend. But not only your friend, many bounty hunters and investors are in the same situation as they have suffered a big loss and are in do or die situation just because the market is down with most of the coins falling dramatically in prices. But keep hope as the market is progressing and becoming stable. What I can say is hold and just hold.
