it is those who come to get money easily without having to study first. and that can make them forced to lose money. but that way they will know the risks of crypto investment so that they are also more careful in investing.

For me,  I think for confidence to be restored in Crypto,  project ICO and new exchange platforms have to be regulated to a certain level.  The rate at which ICO and new exchange  platform turn scam is alarming. If there are regulations that can help limit these activities,  people  will start investing more in crypto because  they know their money is secured to a certain  level. Exchange Platforms should regularly upgrade their security system to help combat cyber attack on platform, as news of Cyber attack can have a negative impact on the confidence of investors and traders.

We have to build stronger system  securing crypto space from scam and hack. Not any regulation can protect from that.
Many projects work on that and I am sure crypto will be secured in the future. Of course on the other side we as and

Whose confidence? People who believed in Bitcoin were never left their space, so the thing you were talking about is new investors, mostly who caught in some ICO and too many shitcoins. If the system can stop creating new ICO/STO without proper evaluation of the legitimacy of the project, then new investors may get the confidence to stay here for a long time.

I think the only way to restore investors confidence is totally wiping off scam in the system. A body should be set up to start with ICO projects, then go into existing ones.
