Yeah I guess my next target is 5000 merits and finally becoming Legendary (which is a matter of time).

I remember waiting, waiting and more waiting. Every 2 weeks, I was disappointed again because somewhere between 775 and 1030 Activity I turned Legendary.

Maybe in 2 weeks.  <sigh>

I never expected it, but every 14 days I'm hoping for it to happen, only to result in utter disappointment when I'm still "only" a Hero.

Ok, so I am posting my new targets here for future reference:

Short-term:
target: 2500 merits

Long-term:
target 1: 5000 merits
target 2: merits/activity ratio higher than 4.20

* Notice that I don't put specific timelines because ultimately it's all about having fun.

That's only theymos and JayJuanGee for now. A new Rank has been discussed several times (and my suggestion is "Legend"), and I kinda expected it to happen when at least 100 users qualify for the new Rank already. I don't expect theymos to create a new Rank that almost exclusively applies to him.

I'll repeat my suggestion:

I'd say just "Legend" sounds good. Or maybe just add a bold font to the current Legendary rank.

-I vote for the name Legend. It's simple, and makes Legendary look a bit like "Legend-ish", while Legend sounds like "the real thing".

Since this was years ago, by now maybe we need a few more ranks: 2000 Merit/Activity, 4000 and 8000. That's going to take a while.

Fun fact: this is my 2,000th post! I keep thinking I am growing fastly, but then I see you and fillippone (and many other users) and realise how much I still need to catch you - which will never happen unless you stop using the forum for some reason.
