I totally agree with you about this one. And it is very annoying when you provide all your details to a project that ends up giving you nothing in return. KYC of these days require a lot of detailed information from you too. It makes the whole thing complicated.

This is the reason people need to look into as bounty is concern, you are right about that most of the project who received people's personal details through kyc are no where to be found, so what are we now talking about a project with no future trying to secure their self by requesting kyc. They are all scam using it for something else

Maybe they have other option they need to become successful first the project before they requiring each participanta of the bounty to submit their personal information to make sure they have reward expected. Because mostly who implementing kyc are not successful and other are scam

I think we should not judging bounties with KYC are scam because many bounties with KYC paying their hunters. Perhaps the token not listed in exchanger yet and developers team make priority to develop the project instead listed on exchanger. KYC needed because government regulation and i think its good

for now many projects use kyc to get their bounty prizes, but not really their projects are good for the future so we have to be careful to do kyc if it does not determine that the project is a potential project if there is no potential or clarity.

Anything can happen in this crypto world and I have the same experience as you. I think this is very disappointing because some projects have died. And many of the dead projects use KYC. But projects that do not use KYC can achieve Exchange. We must work hard and be more careful in making choices.

I really cannot understand why projects are requiring KYC information. It maybe the rules of projects. In some cases, some projects pretend to be real and good by requiring KYC information from clients as they think KYC requirement is a blueprint for a good project. I also do not think KYC requirement is a blueprint to brand a project a good and genuine one.

There is one thing I have realized from my experience with KYC for bounties. Almost all the projects I have provided my personal information to them failed to even get listed on exchanges and the project dies off. Surprisingly, those that didn't require KYC paid me and the project is truly developing. My point is, am beginning to think those project requesting hunters to go through KYC are just in for their information to trade and do not have any intentions to develop their crypto project so let's be vigilant about whom we carelessly give our details to, for some peanuts...May God bless our hustle
It can bring you future problems if you give your information to not worthy and seems fishy project. I suggest that you just send your KYC to those project that is good and don't send KYC if the project is scam.

Live for the moment.

I think there will always be positive and negative impacts from KYC.
however, the current situation is that there are many people who complain because most of theico projects don't make a profit and even become scams.
I think this requires community cooperation and regulation that can mediate this problem.

There are some of the KYC system that are just a fraud and its aim is just to scam others. So we must be careful of what actions we are taking.

For KYC, it should be avoided unless you can determine the project is a potential project if there is no potential or better clarity, select the project that holds a bounty campaign but does not require KYC

It is quite not that easy to just choose and select which project will you going to participate into. Well in fact, project that doesn't have a KYC are more risky to consider, they just let their participant join without restrictions. In that case we can say, those project that conducts their KYC has allot to deal with their integrity.

Some of them are forced to depending on what country they are based in.  Governments are cracking down heavy on crypto.  They have a choice to comply with laws or face serious jail time.

I barely feel safe trusting my information to a big exchange let alone a small startup project.

In general, I think that for hunters to pass KYC is nonsense. Not a single project in my history that KYC requested from hunters on the market has shown itself well.
but in actual fact almost all projects require KYC documents to be submitted to each bounty participant involved in the project. then is this talking about when they really gave the promised token after we graduated in KYC verification?

This is a very bad experience in my opinion. Not all projects that use KYC are able to penetrate the Exchange market. I personally am well aware that KYC is not a determining factor for success in gift projects. And projects that do not use KYC are able to penetrate the Exchange market.

So what does this mean?that those who asked for KYC is scammers and only gathering details of participants to use for their personal interest
Maybe they will use for social.media groups or for email details to gathers.money from dev who are looking for real person subscribers

KYC has nothing to do with the success or failure of a project. If a project is asking for KYC doesn't make it any more reliable then the others. I have been participating in a lot of bounties and the one that ask for less work usually are more rewarding then the others.

Now many projects unexpectedly decide that their members are required to go through KYS. Why does a Bounty project want to have Bounty member documents? He is not an investor, but a person who helps promote a project. . And the funny thing is, payments from Bounty projects are very small today? Why provide personal information for these pennies?

Sincerely you have highlighted all my ordeals as regards KYC. I am damn tired of bounties with KYC because most of the ones I have done in the past does not even bear any fruit at all. All the KYCs are just waste efforts.

Yes, I think so. Just cheaters steal our data. I am sure they are already sold somewhere online. Run away from such projects.  I didn't get too much from this either. Now here I worry about my data.

Cheesy Maybe it's time to make a list of projects where our popsports were collected and they made it. And prohibit the collection of data on the forum. That would be a solution for many.
