Be aware of the new exchange's IEO!

So, IEO is the recent trending topic in the crypto industry! People are very excited about IEOs, because, after a long time, IEO investors made a huge profit from it! But there is a problem too. By seeing the big hype and success of Binance IEO, many new exchanges are coming with their IEO sale! Therefore many low-grade exchanges are bringing IEO sale either! Do you think all those IEOs are worthy to invest? Hell no! Don't fall in the scam, don't be greedy! Most of the new exchange, low exchanges offerings IEO is nothing but a pure scam, they failed to raise money from the ICO sale, so they come in IEO to scam people again who don't like to read and research!

I think developers will never choose a platform for their IEO that is not trusted by users. They would more likely choose a platform which has a huge volume, or if not, a decent platform which will favor them since after IEO, investors can freely trade and make volume with the new coin.

I also doubt the new ways to attract investments that have begun to use the large stock exchanges. I am embarrassed that the price of new coins is growing not because projects have prospects, but because the exchanges artificially inflate their price in order to attract investors to their followers. Such actions produce giglet.

Of course, both ICO and IEO are fundraising methods where we never know what will happen in the future. At least we need to research in an exchange where will they do IEO, product, Team, etc

many exchange provide IEO for their investor but not all of them give guarantee the IEO price not down after release on their market

The perfect advice for investors is never to join IEO projects from new exchanges ,there is a higher chance that its scam ,join IEO launched on very popular exchanges like binance ,bitfinex ,bitbtc and so on,I'm sure that very soon scammers will try to open new exchanges to lure investors to invest in scam IEOs

IEO does not give such a profit as before, vice versa, the price of some of them immediately falls as soon as the market opened. IEO, by the nature of trading, begins to resemble ICO - investors suffer losses. Thus, IEO does not guarantee the growth of the coin, you need to carefully study the project in which you want to invest.

yes indeed we must be wary of the IEO in new exchanges, or even never use a new exchange. this is very dangerous because of the potential for greater scam, than projects that start the IEO in large exchanges.

Absolutely right, everyone thinks IEO is divine, but it is just ICO sale by exchange. And binance plays a big role in this matter. Later, other exchanges attempt it, but over time IEO will be like ICO.

Yes both are almost same .But i think Investor always try to Invest on safe way .If an exchange hold the fund it will be more security to the investor .If you are a investor you have to research and Invest on a secured recommended Top exchange  IEO project .

I think the one who Benefits the most from the IEO's is the exchanges themselves. They have a lot of power to that and knowing that it's going to be listed on the exchange a few days after makes it easier to dump the tokens. The reason why I think this is because of the tokens they are trying to start. For example Binance, they have the Launchpad, and you need their tokens to join the IEO's IIRC.

There are a lot of worst-case scenarios, and this is what I could think of.

• The first thing is you buy the exchange tokens (this is needed to participate in the said IEO
• You are waiting for the countdown on that IEO then when you refresh it, it's already sold out!
• After seeing that you weren't able to buy, you lost money! Why? Because of the token, you bought first

I have seen people get rekt with just buying the tokens themselves. It's somewhat an easy reckoning when you haven't participated on the IEO but still getting losses just because of that.

Unfortunately every third party exchange is trying to take advantage of this IEO hype, because people are buying everything off like crazy when they see that it is an IEO. Only exchanges from top 10 on CMC are able to bring profit.

Forget the dreams of x100 on some idiotic coin that sells out in 1 minute on these exchanges. You all remember Bittrex's first IEO right? The one that got cancelled because so many people found the obvious flaws and red flags that SOMEHOW the platform itself failed to detect? Well, you guys go right ahead and "try your luck" and make multi accounts to "get more attempts". Don't come crying when it bites you back in the ass.

Do not forget that the projects of IEO, these are the same projects of ICO, only the sale of tokens through the exchange is held. Here, of course, it is of great importance that such projects of the exchange select and test them for prospects. However, this does not mean that among such projects will not be fraudulent projects. After all, the possibility of exchanges to verify the team of these projects is limited.

Well I don't see IEO as scam because I believed any Exchange conducting IEO for any project must have screen the team and make sure they are trust worthy, I believed no existing exchange will like to spoil it reputation for any upcoming project. In my own perspective I see IEO as a means by which the rate of scam ICO will be fully eliminated. As for the price dump I think any project with live product stand a chance for high demand and that is what controls the price of any crypto coin or commodity.

I completely agree, all this is a temporary HYIP, which is already fading.
No need to run and invest money in these projects, everything must be taken into account and risks taken.

actually, I think it's normal about the emergence of new Exchangers. I feel it's just part of business competition, trying to take over market interest. so I don't think there should be a concern about the new exchange's IEO.

Totally agree with you, you can only participate in IEO without deep analysis of the project in case it is held on top exchange like Binance or Huobi, it is very risky to participate in IEOs on unpopular exchanges.

The whole ieo thing is in hyped now. At the moment when the ICO ecosystem was falling the whole ieo concept came
 And now it's quite popular and it seems more trusted than the previous ICO system. In last few months we saw many scam and failed icos. Most of them took investor's money and vanished and some of them successful during ICO phase after that they failed at development phase. Cause their is no trust factor. But after that the whole crowdsale is more trusted. When a reputable exchange offer a crowdsale their is a high chance that the project is not a scam. But where money goes scammers come. Now many small and medium size exchanges offer ieo and most of those projects are not good so be careful and do some research on your own before you put your money anywhere.
