Was surprised to see this but I've checked my friends in the social media and found out, it's April Fool's day joke, I was about to compile all my information to submit, lucky that I asked friends about this, a great joke almost got me.

It's not but if you were an active member since a long time ago and i guess you will see theymos will always try to create april mop celebration by adding a strange feature or rules to the forum.

surprised, that was the first thing I felt. The requested KYC is very much. even more than the KYC requested by some large exchangers, but some people have said it is only a joke this April.

Of course its april fool joke. Why would Theymos be doing it to us when he knows it will kill the forum in the end. An ICO asking for KYC is already causeing an uproar from the investors how much more if all of us are going to be required to send our documents.  I wasn't really laughing when I first saw it but I carefully check what is to be filled and then went to the Meta section where we mostly discuss forum related subjects and then I saw its actually a April fools joke.
