Yes, now most investors are not interested in the ICO project, because throughout 2018 there has been a significant decline in the level of public trust.

I see this happening because many investors experience losses in investing in the ICO, this causes a decline in investment, then the biggest problem is the number of ICO scams that make investors afraid to spend their funds.

I personally invested in a project and upon listing to an exchange I was disappointed.  Some projects I bought during ICO were not even listed. So the percentage in  which some ICOs dropped it is due to some scam project.  A lot of people don't believe in that anymore.

The past situation of ICOs last year isn't that great. And that is why it was decreased investments of ICOs that big percentage. Also, I also think the proliferation of IEOs nowadays, also had a great effect on the ICO investments.

The market has decrease so certainly the value of ico's will decrease as well, when the market was at its peak everyone was very happy to participate in ico's without too much complain, but now that the market is very bearish everybody believe ico's are not worth investing on,  i think not only ico's are the problem why invest loss trust to invest but the instability of the market, the constant fluctuation of price from one day to the next is the main reason why people are afraid to invest, once there is stability in price, ico's will do well also.

we all know about this since the market downtrend that started in 2018. Many factors has brought to the sudden decrease of the of the rate on investment in icos. Starting with the bad market to the fact that there was many scam projects. But most importantly is that the ico project is not entirely down
