Scammers will go after IEO soon

i guess no matter what we do, scammers will always appear, we can not always avoid it, ICOs used to have many scammers before and until now, so IEO will soon be used by scammers, so we should think carefully before we invest our money in IEOs.

The scammers are developing idea to dupe people everyday , the scammers have spoiled ICO which I also believed that they would also embark on IEO. Everyone in the bust should be care with whatever transaction they do .

This is true we have been there before scammers would use anything that they could just to get some money.
When crypto was new they used to make a lot of investment site just to gain money from the investor ,Cloud mining it is still one of the famous project that is being used to cover the scam.
We also seen them move in the ICO which lead to a lot of investors losing their money and trust in ICO such a shame there was so many good project out there with a real potential and we don't know maybe some of the project have a real developer who dedicate most of his time and effort just to make it work,But ended up not reaching their soft cap because of not enough fund due to investor quitting on funding their project out of fear of being scammed again.

I think IEO will be popular so maybe will many new exchange do IEO only for take money from investors, yes to prevent this, i agree with you just invest in big exchanges, but see the reality even big exchange he promote shit coin, so join in IEO is not guarantee our investment will safe. For me ICO still better.

If scammers see that ICO is not worthy anymore and no investors will invest in a ICO That is not very impossible scammers are very smart they will find ways to make a IEO to scam investors,all we need to do is to become more vigilant when investing or participating in a IEO to avoid victimized with the scammers.

They have started making attempts but I think we are more smarter than before. During VeriBlock IEO, I was added to many scam Telegram channels with link leading to phising site for the IEO but am more smarter than before

This is what im afraid of. Scammer usually looking for a new chance to steal money from peoples.
The exchanges who running the IEO should pay attention before listing the ICO on their platform.
Due diligence must done by exchange with very strict condition before holding IEO.

IEO  now be the solution for us to avoid scam ico.and also this scheme really profitable for investors now.more than 200% its token price rise after officially listing in exchanges.maybe in future this scheme will totally used by new projects.

It may be difficult for these scammers, but they will definitely have a solution that makes it easy for us to get trap. I think instead of worrying, you should only choose good exchanges to invest in IEO because it will ensure you a better profit and can sell your coin at any time if you feel beneficial. My advice is to choose good exchanges like Binance or Huobi

it's true that the existence of IEOs that you can find in several large exchange places provides a very good advantage because it might be avoided from scam projects, and the downside when the project is a scam will make the name of the exchange also polluted because it has given the IEO ended scam.

I've been thinking about this myself ,I think the only way scammers can use IEO to scam investors is only by creating fake exchanges and promoting fake IEO projects to deceive investors ,you really have a good point friend ,since the money is huge and can be raised in seconds to minutes or few hours highest its very possible for scammers to go to that length ,there are desperate scammers everywhere

I do not think that this will be the only way for scammers. They also, as before, can make good documents with a good idea and what will the exchanges do? After all, they do not have the functions of law enforcement agencies to conduct a quality check. Are they supposed to create a special body in the stock exchange structure to check the teams conducting IEO? It seems to me that after several big scandals and this type of fundraising will become a thing of the past.

They have started coming after IEO already with fake fake claim that they are the admin of a particular exchange and they can give you space to participate in the IEO since its pretty difficult for people to buy in, next thing before you know you have been scammed.  Lets be careful abd stay away from secret deals

Scammers would always use what they could just to make some money.
So it wouldn't be a surprise if they would make their own IEO they have done it before in ICO and they manage to do a pretty good job on it.
We have seen a lot of scam project last year and I am sure that they would continue to scam us.

You are right, we just need to be careful too in the IEO project we are dealing with and even the exchanges we are dealing with too. I know most of the big genuine exchanges too, especially the one that first introduced it would be doing their own research on what they can do to cover the loophole and guard against such activities on IEO.

But, my fear lies with the smaller exchanges, scammers might not succeed in going through the large exchanges like Binance, but when it comes to these small exchanges that are upcoming and would do anything for money, there is very big chance of seeing their activities, so it is best if we rely more on these popular and respected exchanges.

Newbies will still be affected because I'm sure they will invest in new exchange launching IEO so they will be the ones in danger but will be limited though unlike ICO so IEO is really way better with lower risk

It is true that novice investors are still very easily affected by the bad news that occurs in some media that makes them become a loss because they cannot control their patience so it is better for you beginner investors must be careful when they want to participate in the IEO.

Who would go to new/scam exchange to take part in IEO? If thinking that way scammers has a lot of possibilities without IEO idea too, some people dont do their due dilligence and research, also dont understand all risks of crypto, what you can do with them? Just be careful guys..
