I think IEO is more effective because when following the IEO investors will believe if the coin will be listed in the exchange that holds the IEO. I hate ico because they only do fund raising and don't quickly list their coins

IEO is much better because I have a lot of problems. investors have been upset with Kyc and fraud problems. but with the IEO they are a little happy because they have a sense of security. an exchange that will handle all these things starting from KYC and so on. This is also good for new projects, just look at some of the IEOs yesterday. an extraordinary achievement, and it is difficult for ICO to achieve that

IEO and ICO seems to be the same, which differs slightly in its distribution. With ICO investors were requested to provide the sum of investment in terms of bitcoin, ethereum or any accepted source. The tokens will be distributed after specific time period. Further it needs to go for listing. With IEO we directly get the tokens and the listing is made prior. Within few days of time can go into trading. This makes IEO better than ICO.

While everything is getting worse for ICOs, IEOs are making hardcap in seconds.

IEO and BTC are totally different thing, IEO is just a means of raising fund and not the product its self, I understand that IEO projects get increase immediately they enter exchanges.

Well, those who are getting the gains from IEO now should continue while it last, because it is only a matter of time before those coins get dumped too or you think because it is an IEO project means it cannot be dumped ? Is it not profit that the investors are after ? Once they get whatever profits they want in the shortest time, they will sell off and the market.

It is better I still invest in Bitcoin than some of these IEO projects too.

The failure of most ICOs is one of the most sad innovations in recent days. Even most ICOs have difficulty reaching the softcap. IEOs have become the trend because it is the opposite. But, IEOs will not continue too.

It looks true if this is the fastest ico that raised its hardcap instantly. As long as the developer can work perfectly and it can be trusted and then they can create such a big hype to attract the investors. It's a way to fill the gap left after dying ICOs. It's also an upgrade of the system. Both investments are popular among people who want to gamble and are hoping to get rich fast. It's the same kind of people who at first invested in cloud mining then ICOs and now IEOs.
The difference between them is that IEOs are much safer. You won't get scammed but you still can lose all your money if the exchange gets hacked or shut down. If Mt Gox had an IEO in 2013 what would happen to your money in 2014?

I am agree, IEO or ICO basicly is same. The different think is ICO held by developers team and IEO held by exchanger. Its more effective for IEO because when IEO end, the token start listed in exchanger and can start to trade in market.

Maybe IEO is more effective than ICO because investors will be interested with popular platform such binance.
But about efficient, i don't know yet. But if the cost of the IEO can be covered by the successful raised funds,

IMO, as long as the project is disruptive and feasible, both ICO and IEO are effective in raising funds. No, blockchain technology is no the only way to raise fund, there are other methods out there. So the project developers usually choose the one that is suitable for their business. As far as I remember, ETH raise fund through a mainstream crowd funding platform.

I'll tell you how ICO can raise money. All just give the work product. Build say $ 100,000 and develop a prototype. What would investors know where to invest. And the majority of projects have nothing to do.

However, the project should have solid foundation to make their IEO successful. From my opinion, IEO is not efficient because you will need more money to holding IEO on popular exchange.
In ICO, you only need to hold a campaign to create some awareness about your ICO.
but IEO is more effective than ICO, because they are targeting audiences on popular exchange.

Then I don’t see any project that cannot even boast of the IEO fee as an unserious project that will not stand the test of time because this IEO fee we are talking about is not that very big for a good project not to be able to meet up with, a company cannot tell me that they are starting from zero funding and does not even have money to put one or two things together first if they are really serious about a project.

In IPO, before raising funds, they let the public know what the company can already raise and what they need from the public to completely fund the project, starting from zero funding without any form of establishment already is what is making lots of investors fall as scam victims.

I heard someone in a group today complaining of that a token he bought on IEO has gone totally below ICO price. I used to thing that any project on IEO is sure if listing at or above IEO price
