You should add:
eKrona (nordic countries)
Gailcoin (or something like that), for ireland
And I think i saw someone mention a coin for Cataluña (Catalonia), a region in Spain

you forgot the very first regional coin in USA STLcoin.. St.Louis, mo born on 1-14-2014; guess eMark (germany) was very first.. not sure.. stlcoin.org Launch was posted in local paper http://interact.stltoday.com/pr/business/PR011414083115612 Not launching on bitcointalk.org has hurt the coin "MY BAD".. didn't know the rules LOL wait there are NONE ! Um...sorry to point this out,but you realize that all of these coins are heavily premined and have no affiliation towards the region they supposedly represent. That makes them coins that merely exploit the name of a place to get some profits,and are inevitably pumped and end up being worthless after the dump.
