They just ended their beta in Spain.
they just started expanding in euros zone.
They are waiting for the validation of the regulator in Malta and then serious things will start (ability to use the token for real cases, working on listing exchanges...).
So that are getting ready for that moment (a poll about affiliation is currently ongoing on the Telegram), à bounty will soon come... They seem to be just waiting the right moment to do it and avoid rushing things while it is not the right timing.

Actually, in Europe things are getting relutated more and more.
And their token will be approved by a regulator in Malta, so it will have a real status and not a blurry one.
So I don't think government will be against them (or in favor) as long as they respect the law
